No Clarification from SSPX District Superior, Italy

Father Pierpaolo Petrucci, the SSPX District Superior, Italy has made a doctrinal error in an article he has written in Italian. The same error is present in books being distributed by the SSPX, Italy. There is no denial or clarification from the Fraternità Sacerdotale San Pio X (FSSP), Albano. These blog posts have been sent to him.The FSSP Albano usually issues a clarification when they want to support their position or correct a view.

It may be mentioned that all references to salvation (LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 etc) and all condemnation to Hell (LG 14- 'those who know and do not enter' etc) are known only to God.So these cases are invisible and implicit for us human beings. In faith we accept them as possibilities. Since they do not exist in our reality they cannot be exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. If they were explicit then they would be exceptions.
Fr.Pierpaolo Petrucci in a book published by the FSSP has assumed that imperfect communion with the Church (UR 3) and being saved in other religions (NA 2) are known, explicit exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

It is a fact of life that we cannot see the dead, now in Heaven or Hell. So they cannot be exceptions.Due to this oversight the Italian District Superior rejects Vatican Council II. He assumes that UR 3 and NA 2 are explicit. So for him Vatican Council II  is a contradiction to the traditional teaching on other religions and Christian communities and churches.

He needs to clarify that there are no known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus mentioned in Vatican Council II. Otherwise he implies that he can see the dead.
