Investigation against Cardinal Joao Vraz de Aviz blocked -Burke removed

Even a secular tribunal would say it is wrong to force others/subordinates to proclaim that the dead now in Heaven are in general physically visible to us on earth.
This is the falsehood forced upon the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate by,  Cardinal Joao Braz de Aviz ,Prefect of the Congregation for Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life, in the interpretation of Vatican Council II.
With Cardinal Burke removed there is no accountability for Cardinal Joao Braz de Aviz.The Sisters have to promote a lie according to the Vatican Curia. In other words they have to maintain that NA 2,LG 16,LG 8,UR 3 etc are exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Vatican Council II(with the premise) being a break with the past must be accepted.This means, the deceased now saved with ' a ray of the Truth'(NA 2) etc (and without the baptism of water)  are physically visible on earth to be exceptions.They are exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation in 2014.It's a falsehood.However it is politically correct.So the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate have to accept this irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, since Cardinal Joao Braz de Aviz and Pope Francis want it.-Lionel Andrades
