Dan Burke,Jeanette DeMelo' s NCR Editorial policy promotes a lie

The National Catholic Register is owned and operated by EWTN. Its Editorial and business offices are located at Irondale, Alabama,USA. The Editor in Chief is Jeanette DeMelo and Executive Director is Daniel Burke. Most Rev. Robert J. Baker, S.T.D. is the bishop of Birmingham in Alabama where the EWTN/NCR office is situated.

The editorial policy of the National Catholic Register is to infer that we personally know the dead now saved in invincible ignorance, a good conscience (LG 16) etc, that we can we see them,  they are physically visible to us in 2015.They infer that these cases are visible to them when they suggest that there are exceptions to the literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, or Ad Gentes 7 which states 'all' need 'faith and baptism' for salvation.
For them  there is known salvation outside the Church because there are explicit exceptions to the dogma. So for them Vatican Council II (LG 16,LG 8,UR 3,NA 2 etc ) contradicts the traditional interpretation of outside the Church there is no salvation, according to Fr.Leonard Feeney.
This is irrational, non traditional and heretical. It may be the common erroneous interpretation, but it would be a lie to repeat it after being informed and to maintain it as a Catholic editorial policy.
There is no clarification or comment from the National Catholic Register on this issue.
Dan Burke and Jeanette DeMelo also contradict John Martgnoni the Director of the Office of the New Evangelisation and Stewardship in the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama,USA. Martignoni who has an apologetics program on EWTN  said that zero cases of something are not exceptions to the dogma. This is common knowledge and Burke and DeMelo should also agree.
In other words we do not know of any explicit exception to all needing to enter the Church for salvation in 2015.This understanding would have  important implications for the NCR 's position on Vatican Council II.
This error comes out clearly in the reports of Edward Pentin, Pat Archbold and Mark Shea.It has also been placed on the Vatican website.-Lionel Andrades
