Parents must know that Bishop Frank Dewane of Venice, Fla.USA like other U.S bishops approve the mandatum for Catholic theology professors who teach liberal theology, which is irrational and heretical.It is a new theology in the Church which is approved by the political left and the Vatican.
It presumes that persons saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are personally known to us in the present times. If they do not use the irrational premise and inference which comes from Cardinal Francesco Marchetti Selvaggiani's Letter of the Holy Office 1949 they would be saying that all Jews, Muslims, Protestants and Orthodox Christians need to convert into the Catholic Church in 2015 with 'faith and baptism', to go to Heaven and avoid Hell. This would be unacceptable to the bishops and the Vatican.It would be opposed by non Catholics.
So the mandatum is given for a fake teaching by Bishop Devine and Catholic bishops all over the world.
