Fr.Pier Paolo Petrucci, the SSPX District Superior acts as if all is normal

There is no response from the SSPX Italy ( Fraternita Sacerdotale San Pio X). They act as if all is normal. It is as if they have not made a mistake and they are not teaching error. There is no written or verbal comment. This is how it has been for over two years.
On June 29, 2015 I mentioned that Fr.Pier Paolo Petrucci, the SSPX District Superior has kept silent on an error reported over a year back.1

On Feb.5,2014 I had written that there was still  no clarification from the Fraternità San Pio X , the Society of St.Pius X in Albano, Italy on the article Extra ecclesiam nulla salus, Vatican Council II and the loss of the missionary spirit in the Catholic Church. It was published in the book ATTI del XX Convegono di Studi Cattolici, Rimini 2012. The article was titled Concilio Vaticano Ii e la salvezza delle anime, la morte dello spirito missionario 2.Fr.Petrucci in the article said Vatican Council II contradicted the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus with Unitatis Redintigratio ( p.49) and Nostra Aetate (p.51).
I explained the reason for this error in many reports but the community at Albano does not  comment.
Let me try another approach. In a blogpost on the Franciscans of the Immaculate (FFI)4, I mentioned that the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate are being forced to accept the new ecclesiology which is based on a factual error.

1.
Cardinal Wilfrid Napier, Bishop Donald Sanborn and Fr.Anthony Cekada recently agreed that we cannot physically and personally see people in Heaven in the present times. In 2015 the dead for us now saved in Heaven are invisible.
In the past Archbishop Thomas Gullickson, Fr.S. Visintin, Dean of Theology , St. Anselm University, Rome and John Martignoni, the American apologist have said the same.
This is common knowledge. It is something obvious.
People in Heaven are known only to God. In the present times human beings cannot see them.
Can Fr.Pierpaolo Petrucci and the SSPX priests in Albano see people in Heaven? Could they answer yes or no here, if possible.

2.
So it means we cannot see people in Heaven, in the present times, saved in invincible ignorance, the baptism of desire , good and holy things in other religions (NA2), seeds of the Word(AG11) etc.We cannot see them in Heaven if they are saved with the baptism of water or allegedly without the baptism of water. In faith we accept that the saints are in Heaven but physically, personally we cannot see them with the naked eye.
So it is clear that we humans cannot see people face to face in Heaven while we are on earth. We cannot see them saved in invincible ignorance or the baptism of desire ( Letter of the Holy Office 1949) .Neither can we see them saved in imperfect communion with the Church (UR3), elements of sanctification and truith(LG 8) and other examples from Vatican Council II. All these cases are invisible for us human beings.
So can Fr.Pierpaolo Petrucci see people in Albano, Italy saved 'in imperfect communion with the Church'( Unitatis Redintigratio p.49) and ' a ray of that Truth...'(Nostra Aetate .p.51) ?

3.
The Church has always taught that there is no salvation outside the Church. So how could Pope Pius XII, Cardinal Francesco Marchetti Selvaggiani and Cardinal Alfredo Ottaviani, for example, know there was salvation outside the Church?
How could there be exceptions to Fr.Leonard Feeney's 'rigorist intepretation' of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus?

So did Pope Pius XII, Cardinal Francesco Marchetti Selvaggiani and Cardinal Alfredo Ottaviani make a mistake? It is a fact that they could not see people in Heaven, who were saved outside the Church i.e without faith and baptism.Could being saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire be an exception to the the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ? Could they see people saved as such?

Conclusion: We know that since the time of Pope Pius XII the Catholic Church has accepted that there are exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Fr.Leonard Feeney is condemned and Pope Pius XII is praised.
So the 'old ecclesiology' with extra ecclesiam nulla salus is no more there any more we have a new ecclesiology in which LG 16, UR 3, NA 2 etc refer to explicit, seen in the flesh exceptions to the old extra ecclesiam nulla salus. They would have to be explicit and known in the present times to be exceptions. Implicit, iinvisible for us cases in the present times cannot be exceptions to all needing to formally enter the Catholic Church with faith and baptism.
So the new theology, the new ecclesiology is that there are exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. There are many such exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II (LG 16 etc).
This is the ecclesiology of the new Salesian Commissar of the Franciscans of the Immaculate, Fr.Sabino Arditio. He would infer that the dead-saved now in Heaven are visible exceptions in the present times to the old extra ecclesiam nulla salus. He accepts the new ecclesiology and would expect the same of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate many of whom affirm the old extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
With me it is different. I cannot see the dead-saved. So Vatican Council II does not contradict the rigorist interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Fr.Leonard Feeney was correct and Pope Pius XII made an objective mistake. The pope made an innocent but objective mistake and no pope since then has corrected it.The magisterium made a factual error. When they correct it the pre and post 1949 magisterium will be in harmony. Since the contemporary magisterium must not be a discontinuity with the centuries old magisterium. It would be a mistake
The same error was made by Fr.Pierpaolo Petrucci when he assumed that in Vatican Council II (UR 3,NA2) referred to explicit for us cases which contradicted traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

Is it difficult for him to say there are no exceptions in Vatican Council II to extra ecclesiam nulla salus if UR 3 and NA2 are considered implicit and invisible for us .

According to extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( all need the baptism of water in the Catholic Church) UR 3 and NA 2 would refer to cases followed by the baptism of water in the Catholic Church.

This is how I interpret Vatican Council II in agreement with extra ecclesiam nulla salus. For me Vatican Council II does not contradict extra ecclesiam nulla salus. My interpretation is rational, while Fr.Pierpaolo  is factually incorrect and irrational. He has made an objective mistake. We cannot see the dead-saved. It is a fact of life that we humans cannot see or personally know people in Heaven and so it cannot be inferred that there are known exceptions to the dogma.
