With one error, one specific error, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX is contradicted or affirmed.

If  a Syllabus of Errors on Vatican Council II is prepared , which is often called for by George Brenner, it would really have to deal with just one point and not many. In the original Syllabus of Errors , Quanta Cura, the pope refers to the general errors of the modernists.This has not to be repeated.

Instead it should be shown how with one error; one specific error, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX is contradicted or affirmed.
Yes just one basic error.
It is one empirical error. One point of view. A mistake in vision.It is one irrational premise responsible for a wrong inference in Vatican Council II.
Check the vision and the Council changes.
For example if you see Lumen Gentium 16 (saved in invincible ignorance) as referring to cases which are theoretical ,then  LG 16 is not a defacto exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).
If you see Lumen Gentium 16 as referring to known cases in 2015 , then LG 16 refers to an exception to EENS. It is as simple as this.
It is this point which must be the center of a Syllabus of Errors on Vatican Council II.

Vatican Council II says outside the Church there is no salvation and is in agreement with the Syllabus of Errors, Mystici Corporis,Quanto Conficiamus etc.

No text in Quanto Conficiamur Moerore or the Council of Trent says there are exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus

The Council of Trent does not state that these cases are physically or personally known to us to be exceptions to the dogma.This has to be wrongly inferred.

The 150th anniversary of the Syllabus of Errors is not being celebrated in the Catholic Church since the CDF assumes there are known exceptions to Pope Pius IX in Vatican Council II
