The voice of the Church, in the ancient liturgy, says there is exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church and there are no exceptions.

The paper's conclusion is simple: that while the actions of many Catholics have been gravely sinful, the voice of the Church in the ancient liturgy, a voice from the age of the Fathers of the Church, cannot be tarred with the brush of anti-Semitism. Let us repudiate violence and hatred: to do so does not require us to repudiate the Church's traditional liturgy.-Joseph Shaw

The voice of the Church, in the ancient liturgy, says there is exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church and there are no exceptions.
When St. Maximillian Kolbe offered the Traditional Latin Mass in the 1930's it was with the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS)  and he did not consider the baptism of desire etc as an exception or relevant to the dogma.
Today for Joseph Shaw and the FIUV there are known exceptions to the dogma EENS . This is not the ancient ecclesiology associated with the ancient liturgy.
Can Joseph Shaw and the FIUV affirm the ancient ecclesiology and say all Jews need to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation, they all need to be formal members of the Church to go to Heaven and avoid Hell?
No he cannot!
Since it would be anti Semitic for some people. So he presents the ancient liturgy with heresy, compromise and irrationality as do the bishops of England and Wales.
