Similarly if any Catholic religious organisation/community states that they accept EENS according to Fr.Leonard Feeney and the 16th century missionaries i.e with no known exceptions to the dogma in 2016, Vatican Council II has to be re-interpreted. Vatican Council II changes.
Archbishop Pozzo and his superiors want a doctrinal discussion with the SSPX in which they all agree that there are known exceptions to the dogma EENS in 2016 i.e there are physically visible cases in Heaven ( or earth) saved with the baptism of water in the Catholic Church and so these persons do not need physically visible baptism of water.
Think about this. Physically visible exceptions exist for Archbishop Pozzo who do not need physically administered baptism of water.
It is upon this fantasy premise and conclusion that the talks for the canonical status of the SSPX have been continuing .
Now what if the SSPX or any other religions community announces the obvious? What if they say that there are no physically visible exceptions of the baptism of desire(BOD) in 2016 who will be saved or are saved, and are exceptions, to all needing the physically visible baptism of water? They announce the obvious.There are no physical exceptions visible in 2016.
This changes the accepted reality, the common reality in the doctrinal talks.
The talks would then have to be conducted with new concepts of reality, new premises which create a traditional and familiar conclusion.
Archbishop Pozzo on behalf of his superiors could object and say, "No. This is not possible.Since Pope PIus XII condemned Fr. Leonard Feeney".
Yes. We agree that he was 'condemned' for not assuming physically visible BOD was an exception to physically visible baptism of water.So this was irrational.It was an objective mistake.So can the talks continue without Pius XII's objective mistake?
How can a Catholic tell a lie or conduct talks with a deception? How can the Vatican promote a lie, an irrationality, a falsehood, an irrational theology based on irrational philosophical subjectivism.How can they do this in public, officially?
Whatever is the opinion on Fr. Leonard Feeney the bottom line still is that there are two interpretations of Vatican Council II. One is a break with Tradition and the other is a continuity with Tradition.
So both sides must agree that there can be no known exceptions to EENS mentioned in Vatican Council II. This is EENS interpreted with the rational theology, Feeneyism.Vatican Council II has a continue with Tradition since LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 etc refer to invisible and not visible cases and so they are not practical exceptions to the old ecclesiology based on EENS( Feeneyite).
The two sides must agree that Lumen Gentium 16 ( saved in invincible ignorance) can be interpreted by both sides, as being invisible in 2016.This is common sense. Even lay people with no theology or philosophy training would agree with this.
Then both sides can affirm EENS( Feeneyite) and Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) and reject EENS( Cushingite-with exceptions) and Vatican Council II ( Cushingite-LG 16 is physically visible and so it is an exception to EENS).
The theological train will come back on the rails with rationality and Tradition.Ecclesiology would be the same before and after Vatican Council II.
It is in the SSPX's interest to accept EENS according to the General Chapter Statement of 2012  which said there are no exceptions.It was Feeneyite.
If I founded a religious community I would not ask for canonical status since I accept Vatican Council II( Feeneyite) and the two popes do not.However they would would not be able to say that that I do not accept Vatican Council II.Instead the real issue would come out in the open.How do I interpret Vatican Council II? I interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism and this would not be acceptable to the Left.So my community would not be able to receive canonical status.Both popes and the present CDF officials understand this.
