With Feeneyite Vatican Council II the Catholic Church affirms the Social Reign of Christ the King.

It was surely right, then, in view of the common teaching of the sacred books, that the Catholic Church, which is the kingdom of Christ on earth, destined to be spread among all men and all nations, should with every token of veneration salute her Author and Founder in her annual liturgy as King and Lord, and as King of Kings. And, in fact, she used these titles, giving expression with wonderful variety of language to one and the same concept, both in ancient psalmody and in the Sacramentaries.

With Feeneyite Vatican Council II the Catholic Church affirms the Social Reign of Christ the King.
Feeneyite EENS is a foundational dogma. Upon this dogma we base the traditional teaching on the Social Reign of Christ the King.

Since there is no salvation outside the Church and there is no known salvation outside the Church, all political and social legislation must be focused on Jesus as he is known in the Catholic Church.This is a priority for salvation.

Since contrary to the new theology based on the irrational premise, there is no known salvation outside the Church, in the past or in the present.So there must not be a separation of Church and State, for the common good; the salvation of people in general.

With Feeneyite Vatican Council II in harmony with the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma EENS, Vatican Council II supports the necessity of the Social Reign of Christ the King.

For Vatican Council II to be in harmony with EENS as interpreted by the 16th century missionaries, all hypothetical references must not be considered objectively seen in the present times.They are simply hypothetical.
The baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance refer to hypothetical cases.
Similarly LG 16, LG 8, NA 2, UR 3 etc are all hypothetical cases and do not refer to someone personally known in 2016.
In 1949 for Fr.Leonard Feeney there were no hypothetical cases which were exceptions to the centuries old interpretation of EENS.For the Holy Office and the Archdiocese of Boston, there were.It was here where the Church stood before a new theological road.
The Holy Office took the irrational path and Catholic ecclesiology was de-railed.
If Catholics today would  accept the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was interpreted by Fr. Leonard Feeney then Vatican Council II would pastorally be in harmony with Tradition.This was observed by a Polish Catholic, on Gloria TV.He made the connection between Vatican Council II and the Fr. Leonard Feeney case.
For Fr. Leonard Feeney there were no exceptions to the dogma EENS. The baptism of desire etc were not relevant or exceptions.This is the reasoning we  need to adopt with Vatican Council II.
With the Feeneyite approach, the centuries-old approach, Vatican Council II has a continuity with the dogma EENS, the Syllabus of Errors, the Catechism of Pope Pius X,the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the rest of Tradition.All these magisterial documents are interpreted with hypothetical cases not being explicit in the present times.
This is rational. The new theology is irrational.Imagine being able to physically see people in Heaven saved without the baptism of water who are physical exceptions on earth, for all needing to be incorporated as members in the Catholic Church for salvation in 2016.This is all fantasy.With this nonsense liberal theologians assumes there is known salvation outside the Church. Then they conclude that not every one needs to enter the Church.This is the Cushingite interpretation of Vatican Council II, EENS, the Catechism of Pope Pius X, the Nicene Creed etc.
With Feeneyite EENS and Feeneyite Vatican Council II we avoid the new theology.We eliminate the Cushingite innovation.

There is salvation outside the Church for the Lake Garda Statement signatories.It is the same for the contemporary magisterium and the Church at large. So for example, why should the LCWR Sisters seek first the Kingdom of God and his justice within the Catholic Church ? They could also seek it in Buddhism or Hinduism.The theology is approved by the traditionalists
