Since hypothetical cases cannot be exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was wrongly taught in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949, there is no other alternative theology on ecumenism in Vatican Council II

The Lefbvrists in response to Fr.Alessandro Minutella  and other priests who support the new theology must do the following.

1. Affirm the text of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to the three Church Councils.

“Outside the Church there is no salvation” (extra ecclesiam nulla salus) is a doctrine of the Catholic Faith that was taught By Jesus Christ to His Apostles, preached by the Fathers, defined by popes and councils and piously believed by the faithful in every age of the Church. Here is how the Popes defined it:
  • “There is but one universal Church of the faithful, outside which no one at all is saved.” (Pope Innocent III, Fourth Lateran Council, 1215.)
  • “We declare, say, define, and pronounce that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff.” (Pope Boniface VIII, the Bull Unam Sanctam, 1302.)
  • “The most Holy Roman Church firmly believes, professes and preaches that none of those existing outside the Catholic Church, not only pagans, but also Jews and heretics and schismatics, can have a share in life eternal; but that they will go into the eternal fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels, unless before death they are joined with Her; and that so important is the unity of this ecclesiastical body that only those remaining within this unity can profit by the sacraments of the Church unto salvation, and they alone can receive an eternal recompense for their fasts, their almsgivings, their other works of Christian piety and the duties of a Christian soldier. No one, let his almsgiving be as great as it may, no one, even if he pour out his blood for the Name of Christ, can be saved, unless he remain within the bosom and the unity of the Catholic Church.” (Pope Eugene IV, the Bull Cantate Domino, 1441.http://catholicism.org/category/outside-the-church-there-is-no-salvation

2.Affirm the texts in Unitatis Redintigratio(UR) etc which are in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it was known over the centuries. This is the Feeneyite interpretation of EENS according to the Church Councils ( see above).

For it is only through Christ's Catholic Church, which is "the all-embracing means of salvation.-UR 3

This one and only Church of God -UR 3

The Catholic Church has been endowed with all divinely revealed truth and with all means of grace. UR 4

3. They must point out that the hypothetical references in Unitatis Redintigratio cannot be explicit exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. So there are no objective exceptions to all needing to be incorporated into the Church as members for salvation.None are mentioned in Vatican Council II.

For men who believe in Christ and have been truly baptized are in communion with the Catholic Church even though this communion is imperfect. -UR 3 (WE DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE PERSONALLY.THEY ARE HYPOTHETICAL CASES IN 2016)

But even in spite of them it remains true that all who have been justified by faith in Baptism are members of Christ's body, and have a right to be called Christian, and so are correctly accepted as brothers by the children of the Catholic Church.-UR 3 (WE MAY CALL THEM CHRISTIANS.HOWEVER THERE ARE NO KNOWN EXCEPTIONS TO THE DOGMA EXTRA ECCLESIAM NULLA SALUS)

Moreover, some and even very many of the significant elements and endowments which together go to build up and give life to the Church itself, can exist outside the visible boundaries of the Catholic Church-UR 3( THIS IS A REFERENCE TO HYPOTHETICAL CASES. WE DO NOT KNOW ANY ONE OUTSIDE THE VISIBLE BOUNDARIES OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH WHO WILL BE SAVED WITHOUT CATHOLIC FAITH).

So for all Protestants and other Christians need to enter the Church for salvation is the teaching of Vatican Council II. So hypothetical cases mentioned in UR cannot be relevant or exceptions to the dogma EENS and an ecumenism of return.
In this way the Lefebvrists and other traditionalists can support Vatican Council II and an ecumenism of return and the need for all non Catholics to formally enter the Church with 'faith and baptism'(AG 7) for salvation.
Then Fr.Alessandro Minutella cannot say that the Lefebvrists reject Vatican Council II and insist only on an ecumenism of return.
Here are the texts from UR which can help them  show that Vatican Council II itself only supports and ecumenism of return.

PASSAGES IN UNITATIS REDINTIGRATIO SUPPORTING AN ECUMENISM OF RETURN

For it is only through Christ's Catholic Church, which is "the all-embracing means of salvation," that they can benefit fully from the means of salvation. We believe that Our Lord entrusted all the blessings of the New Covenant to the apostolic college alone, of which Peter is the head, in order to establish the one Body of Christ on earth to which all should be fully incorporated who belong in any way to the people of God. This people of God, though still in its members liable to sin, is ever growing in Christ during its pilgrimage on earth, and is guided by God's gentle wisdom, according to His hidden designs, until it shall happily arrive at the fullness of eternal glory in the heavenly Jerusalem.-Unitatis Redintigratio 3

The Church, then, is God's only flock; it is like a standard lifted high for the nations to see it:(16) for it serves all mankind through the Gospel of peace(17) as it makes its pilgrim way in hope toward the goal of the fatherland above.-UR 2

all Christians will at last, in a common celebration of the Eucharist, be gathered into the one and only Church in that unity which Christ bestowed on His Church from the beginning. We believe that this unity subsists in the Catholic Church as something she can never lose, and we hope that it will continue to increase until the end of time.UR4

this one and only Church of God -UR 3

the Catholic Church has been endowed with all divinely revealed truth and with all means of grace. UR 4

11. The way and method in which the Catholic faith is expressed should never become an obstacle to dialogue with our brethren. It is, of course, essential that the doctrine should be clearly presented in its entirety. Nothing is so foreign to the spirit of ecumenism as a false irenicism, in which the purity of Catholic doctrine suffers loss and its genuine and certain meaning is clouded.-UR

HYPOTHETICAL REFERENCES IN UNITATIS REDINTIGRATIO WHICH DO NOT CONTRADICT THE DOGMA EXTRA ECCLESIAM NULLA SALUS

For men who believe in Christ and have been truly baptized are in communion with the Catholic Church even though this communion is imperfect. -UR 3

But even in spite of them it remains true that all who have been justified by faith in Baptism are members of Christ's body,(21) and have a right to be called Christian, and so are correctly accepted as brothers by the children of the Catholic Church.(22)-UR 3

Moreover, some and even very many of the significant elements and endowments which together go to build up and give life to the Church itself, can exist outside the visible boundaries of the Catholic Church-UR 3

Since hypothetical cases cannot be exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was wrongly taught in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949, there is no other alternative theology on ecumenism in Vatican Council II.
The liberal ecumenists  have been faking it.
The Lefbbvrists must endorse Vatican Council II and the ecumenism of return which is the only theology of Vatican Council II.
The liberals have to tell a lie, to deceive. They have to suggest that hypothetical cases are not hypothetical but objectively known. Then they can infer that there are  exceptions to an ecumenism of return.-Lionel Andrades

It is time Catholics expose the irrationality in Don Alessandro's new theology and new doctrines on ecumenism and his interpretation of Vatican Council II as a break with Tradition. He must be asked to affirm Vatican Council II in harmony with the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS as it was known in the 16th century
