Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) is not being proclaimed.They want to protect their worldly interests and maintain the support of liberals bishop and the pro-Masonic-false-church Vatican.
So when the traditionalists criticize Vatican Council II (Cushingite version) they are politically correct with the liberals and Masons.One of them.They promote an irrational and heretical version of Vatican Council II while they act as if they really care about the Church more than their personal life style.
Rorate Caeli could say for instance that Vatican Council II can be interpreted without the irrational premise and the conclusion will be different.However the editor(New Catholic) will not dare do so.Press Releases from the SSPX are non controversial.
Similarly Joseph Shaw of the Latin Mass Society and Una Voce would not dare say that Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) is not a break with Tradition. He will be disowned by the Vatican.The English bishops would come after him.He would be telling Catholics the truth.
Fr.John Zuhlsdorf is aware of what I write here but he will not comment.Since he depends upon the Church for his incardination and he has to protect his blog.Detachment or inordinate detachment, he needs his blog.
The late Fr.Nicholas Gruner affirmed the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus but he interpreted Vatican Council II with Cushingism instead of Feeneyism.He had problems with incardination. He was opposed by cardinals and bishops who could only accept Vatican Council II(Cushingism).He would reject Vatican Council II (Cushingism) which was the only interpretation of the Council he knew.
I correspond with a lay Catholic who lives in an FSSP community in the USA.He knows what I am saying and agrees with me but he cannot make a lone stand in his parish.Every one there are Cushingites.They cite the popes since Pius XII.All were Cushingites.The FSSP priests cannot accept that Pope Pius XII made an objective error with the Letter of the Holy Office 1949. He supported heresy in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case.
Well, even if they wanted to accept this, there is no choice.They cannot.I can sympathize with this lay Catholic.It is the same in my parish here.

Leonard Feeney in the USA have had it wrong.The Catholic religious community Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary supported Fr.Nicholas Gruner, however they too, only knew of a Vatican Council II,Cushingite.Were Brother Francis Maluf MICM and Fr.Leonard Feeney also Cushingites with reference to Vatican Council II ? I don't know.

There are so many reports from this blog on line and they will still write about Vatican Council II( Feeneyite) in public.Possibly they are concerned about their reputation.They also no more have conferences on extra ecclesiam nulla salus nor write articles supporting the position of Fr. Leonard Feeney.They did do this in the past.May be there are threats and restrictions placed upon them from external sources.Similar to the restrictions placed by the Jewish Left on Robert Sungenis.
So when they interpret Vatican Council II with Cushingism, there message to all, is that they do not know about the choice.Or they do not want to interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism,even though they know about it like Michael Voris and Nick Donnelly.
Lay Catholics in general do not know about Vatican Council II, Feeneyite, since the popes, cardinals, bishops, priests and traditionalists are not telling them about it.
