Pope Francis does not believe in Vatican Council II.He does not say all Muslims and other non Catholics are oriented to Hell in 2017 according to Vatican Council II (Feeneyite). Since they die without 'faith and baptism'( Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II) in the Catholic Church.Outside the Catholic Church there is no known salvation.

Instead like a pro-Left politician and unlike a pope, he interprets Vatican Council II with the theology of Cushingism instead of traditional Feeneyism.On this point in general, he has the support of Catholic traditionalists and conservatives in ignorance.

They all interpret Vatican Council II with Cushingism when Vatican Council II Feeneyism is the rational and traditional choice available.1

So Pope Francis does not tell Muslims immigrants that they are all oriented to Hell unless they convert into the Catholic Church, instead he follows the Jewish Left and Masonic agenda which is pro-Satan.They allow freedom for evil things but place restrictions on the Church.Legally they prevent preaching and other Church activities.
