Pope's moto proprio suggests there is known salvation and sainthood outside the Catholic Church

These Christians, who following more closely the steps and teachings of the Lord Jesus, offered voluntarily and freely their life for others and persevered in this intention up to death, are worthy of particular consideration and honour.  https://zenit.org/articles/motu-proprio-on-the-offering-of-life-complete-translation/
Pope Francis refers to Christians and not Catholics since he does not follow Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) or the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus in harmony with Vatican Council(Feeneyite). This is a flaw in his new moto proprio“Maiorem Hac Dilectionem .
It is not enough to believe in Jesus for salvation for a Protestant or a Catholic. This is his false politically correct teaching.
For salvation every one needs to follow the faith and moral teachings of the Catholic Church for salvation.Every one needs to interpret Scripture as it was traditionally intepreted in the Catholic Church before the 1940's.This is necessary for salvation.
But we have a pope who interprets Vatican Council II with Cushingism, which is irrational and heretical. It cannot be the work of the Holy Spirit.
There was an objective error in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case. This pope accepted it. He let the Jesuit priest from Boston go under the bus.
The magisterium in 1949 assumed invisible people were visible exceptions to all needing to be members of the Church for salvation. This pope does the same.
This was all the wrong philosophical reasoning at Vatican Council II.He believes it is the work of the Holy Spirit.
The passages in Vatican Council II which mention the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance (AG 7, LG 14) are superfluous. They should not have been there in the Council text. They are there since the Council Fathers did not know of the mistake made by the magisterium in 1949.They used a false premise (invisible baptism of desire is visible). This is the false new theology of Vatican Council II (Cushingism) which is the only interpretation of Vatican Council II known to the two popes.
So because of their false reasoning ( invisible cases are visible exceptions to the traditional interpretation on exclusive salvation in the Church) they interpret LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 as ' a development'.The 'deveopmet' for Pope Benedict last March 2016 in the Avvenire interview meant there are explicit exceptions to the dogma EENS.So EENS is rejected. This is a pontifical error ( or mess).
Pope Francis violates the Principle of Non Contradiction ( how can people in Heaven be visible exceptions on earth? ). Yet this is his understanding of Vatican Council II.His conclusion is false. How can invisible for us Lumen Gentium 16 etc be considered visible and excluding the baptism of water ? Is this rational reasoning? Is this Catholic philosophy?
So with this false reasoning Vatican Council II becomes a break with Tradition, in particular the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( Feeneyite) and the Syllabus of Errors and this is promoted by Pope Francis.
Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) is  without the false premise and conclusion. It is traditional and not a rupture with the dogma EENS which the pope calls 'triumphalism'.This Vatican Council II would be in harmony with the teachings of the Church, over the centuries, guided by the Holy Spirit. But Pope Francis does not talk about Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite).Instead he only knows an interpretation of the Council which is the result of human error.
Pope Francis promotes the New Theology which is not the work of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit cannot make an objective mistake.
So we have a pope who does not believe in Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite), the dogma extra ecclesiam nullas salus( Feeneyite), Nicene Creed ( Feeneyite), Catechisms ( Feeneyite) and he has issued another moto proprio in which he suggests that there is known salvation and sainthood outside the Catholic Church. He uses philosophical subjectivism to change the traditional teachings of the Catholic Church on exclusive salvation. This is pro-Masonic. He also uses philosophical subjectivism to change moral theology. This is evident in the moral theology being taught at  Pontifical universities and in his un-apostolic exhortation, Amoris Laeitia.-Lionel Andrades
