Lay Catholics inform your Bishop and Parish Priest that you do not know of any BOD, BOB and I.I case in 2017 : so you affirm the traditional interpretation of the dogma EENS

Rachel Denton, Roman Catholic hermit
Lay Catholics must inform their Parish Priest and Bishop that they do not know of any person this year or the past years saved with the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and in invincible ignorance(I.I) with or without the baptism of water. So the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 made an objective mistake.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE DOGMA EXTRA ECCLESIAM NULLA SALUS MENTION IN VATICAN COUNCIL II
They also do not know of any one this year saved 'elements of sanctification and truth'in other religions(LG 8), 'good and holy' things in other religions(NA 2),'a ray of that Truth which enlightens' all men(NA 2),imperfect communion with the Church(UR 3), people of good will in other religions(GS 22), seeds of the Word(AG 11), invincible ignorance(LG 16), a good conscience(LG 16) etc.So there is nothing in Vatican Council II to contradict the traditional interpretation of the dogma EENS. Invisible people cannot be visible exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).

HYPOTHETICAL CASES IN THE CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
Neither do they know of any one saved outside the Church because 'God is not limited to the Sacraments'(CCC 1257) or because all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church(CCC 846),or  any one saved who has been 'justified by faith in Baptism are incorporated into Christ; they therefore have a right to be called Christians'(CCC 818) but are not members of the Catholic Church. Tell the bishop and Parish Priest that you do not know of anyone who is saved this year who ' is joined in many ways to the baptized who are honored by the name of Christian, but do not profess the Catholic faith in its entirety or have not preserved unity or communion under the successor of Peter."(CCC 838). You also do not know of any particular Muslim this year, who is saved outside the Church since 'the plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims'(CCC 841).Hypothetical cases mentioned in the Catechism of the Catholic Church cannot be objective exceptions to the dogma EENS in 2017. Zero cases of something are not exceptions to the dogma EENS says the apologist John Martignoni.

TELL THE BISHOP NOT TO MAKE A FALSE INFERENCE
Tell the bishop and Parish Priest that you do not know of any  Catechumen who is not baptised and who dies who will be an exception to the dogma EENS since this person is 'joined to the Church...already of the household of Christ, and...living a life of faith, hope, and charity.'(CCC 1249).This is a hypothetical case and this catechumen would only be known to God if he was saved without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church. So we cannot make this false inference.

A POSSIBILITY IS NOT AN ACTUAL EXCEPTION TO THE DOGMA EENS
A possibility is not an actual exception to the dogma EENS in 2017.Someone from the past who allegedly died outside the Church cannot be a known exception to the dogma EENS in 2017.That person would be invisible in the present times.
Tell your Bishop and Parish Priest that you do not know of any one saved as such during your life time, and neither can you meet such a person. Since if someone is saved in this manner he or she would be in Heaven.Common sense.

SIMPLE PHYSICAL OBSERVATION
This is not theology but a simple physical observation.Even a school boy with no knowledge of Catholic theology would know that BOD, BOB and I.I can only be known to God.These are not references to visible people on earth.Even a non Catholic would know that invisible for us cases of BOD, BOB and I.I cannot be visible at the same time.Ask your Bishop and Parish Priest to confirm this next week during Catechism Classes in the parishes.

AS A GOOD CATHOLIC YOU AFFIRM THE DOGMA EENS AND THE BISHOP DOES NOT KNOW OF ANY EXCEPTION THIS YEAR
Tell the Bishop and Parish Priest, that as good Catholic, you affirm the traditional interpretation of the dogma EENS. Any one who says BOD, BOB and I.I are exceptions to EENS has made a mistake. It is a wrong interpretation of the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II.It is a rupture with the past magisterium of the Church. It is a contradiction of the teachings of the Holy Spirit over the centuries.-Lionel Andrades
