Formal recognition of traditionalist community in Worcester,Massachusetts opens new doctrinal path for SSPX canonical status

The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (MICM) have been formally recognized as an Association by Bishop Robert J. McManus  bishop of the diocese of Worcester,Massachusetts.They have canonical status.This should also be good news for the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX).Bishop McManus has considered the position of the MICM,and the late Fr.Leonard Feeney as magisterial and doctrinally acceptable.

The bishop also understands that this community which has its roots in the St.Benedict Center at the time of Fr. Leonard Feeney, has accepted Vatican Council II.
For a religious communities today to receive canonical status they must accept Vatican Council II.At the same time they can also affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), with no known exceptions.
So it means that the SSPX (2012) General Chapter Statement on Doctrine is not an impediment to canonical status.
For this reason it seems opportune that we reaffirm our faith in the Roman Catholic Church, the unique Church founded by Our Lord Jesus Christ, outside of which there is no salvation nor possibility to find the means leading to salvation-SSPX General Chapter Statement 2012

Vatican Council II does not contradict the SSPX General Chapter Statement on EENS.
Let me explain

UNKNOWN AND KNOWN
1. If LG 16 etc refers to an invisible and unknown person in 2017 then Vatican Council II does not contradict Feeneyite EENS.
2.If it is implied that LG 16 etc refer to someone known who is saved outside the Church, then Vatican Council II becomes a rupture with Tradition.

POSSIBILITIES
1. If LG 16 etc refers to a possibility, an   unknown person in 2017 then Vatican Council II does not contradict Feeneyite EENS.

2.If it is implied that LG 16 etc, possibilites, are actual people, known people in 2017 saved outside the Church, then Vatican Council II becomes a rupture with Tradition.

So the MICM and the SSPX simply have to affirm Vatican Council II with LG 16, GS 22, UR 3 etc referring to invisible and unknown people in 2017. This is common knowledge.Every one would agree that these are references to hypothetical cases.They are not personally known people saved outside the Church.
The SSPX, MICM and other traditionalists, and even religious communities at large, must realize that it is the magisterium which has made a mistake.The magisterium has chosen the visible and known option.
Pope Benedict and Cardinal Ladaria have interpreted LG 16 as a possibility. Then they have inferred that this possibility is  an exception to the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma EENS. Since it is an exception it means that the possibility for them, is someone known.So there is salvation outside the Church.
This is false reasoning.
For there to be an exception to the dogma EENS there must be an actual person saved outside the Church.This person must exist and be seen. An invisible person cannot be an exception to Feeneyite EENS.And we know there can be no such case in real life. Since someone saved would be in Heaven and known and visible only to God.
I cannot say that there were 23 baptism of desire cases this year, since this was a possibility.
I cannot say that there were 10 cases of invincible ignorance last year, since it was possible.
Similarly I cannot say that it is possible that there are many people saved outside the Church and so since it is possible, it has happened.
Yet this is the false reasoning of the magisterium.

The Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston (1949) offers further specifications. “To gain eternal salvation, it is not always required that a person be incorporated in reality (reapse) as a member of the Church, but it is necessary that one belong to it at least in desire and longing (voto et desiderio). It is not always necessary that this desire be explicit as it is with catechumens.
When one is invincibly ignorant, God also accepts an implicit desire, so called because it is contained in the good disposition of soul by which a person wants his or her will to be conformed to God’s will”. - The Hope of Salvation for Infants who die without  being baptized', International Theological Commission, 2007

Cardinal Ratzinger in Christianity and the World Religions is saying that there is no more the exclusivist ecclesiology of the past, since Catholic theologians, which include him and Cardinal Ladaria,(and ecclesiastical Masonry) consider the possibility of salvation, for people who do not belong visibly to the Church, a visible and known exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was understood in the past.So the past understanding of extra ecclesiam nulla salus is ' a mistaken understanding ' since now the theologians  know that a possibility is a known example of salvation outside the Church for him.
Here it is again.

This reasoning is clearly false and it can be avoided in the interpretation of Vatican Council II.

So the MICM and the SSPX have to be aware of this error. Possibilities must not be considered exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. LG 16, GS 22, UR 3 etc can be considered as theoretical cases, possibilities but not as exceptions to EENS.Since possibilities cannot be exceptions.Possibilities are not real people.
Here is Bishop Bernard Fellay making the 'possibilities are exceptions' error in an article which can be read on line.

The same declaration (LG, 8) also recognizes the presence of “salvific elements” in non-Catholic Christian communities. The decree on ecumenism goes even further, adding that “the Spirit of Christ does not refrain from using these churches and communities as means of salvation, which derive their efficacy from the fullness of grace and truth entrusted to the Catholic Church.” (UR, 3)
Such statements are irreconcilable with the dogma “No salvation outside of the Church, which was reaffirmed by a Letter of the Holy Office on August 8, 1949". - Bishop Bernard Fellay (April 13, 2014 ) Letter to Friends and Benefactors no. 82 2
LG 8 and UR 3 refer to possibilities.So how can they be exceptions to the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma EENS,Bishop Fellay?
Secondly he is not referring to Feeneyite EENS but EENS according to the Letter of the Holy Office 1949. The Letter assumed that possibilities of being saved with the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) were actual examples of salvation outside the Church and so were known exceptions to the dogma EENS and the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church.Concrete cases! How can these be concrete cases? Who could have seen a possibility in real life? If someone was saved,since it was possible, it would only be known to God.
So the Letter also considers possibilities(BOD, BOB and I.I) as being known examples of salvation outside the Church.This is false reasoning.It was accepted by Cardinal Ratzinger.
So when the MICM and the SSPX avoids this error they can tell the Vatican and the bishops conferences that they now accept Vatican Council II with possibilities not being known people saved outside the Church in the present times. So Vatican Council II does not contradict the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma EENS nor the old ecclesiology of the Church on an ecumenism of return.
In this way they will be affirming Vatican Council II and the dogma EENS according to the missionaries of the 16th century.They would also be affirming the Syllabus of Errors which was based on the past ecclesiology.They can then  ask the two popes, cardinals and bishops and all the religious communities and lay movements to do the same.

They affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) with the baptism of desire not being an explict exception.This was the original teaching of Fr.Leonard Feeney.So for the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary all non Catholics in 2017 would need to convert into the Catholic Church as members, for salvation.This is also the understanding of the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation according to the magisterium and missionaries of the 16th century.
The MICM are traditionalists who attend/offer the Tridentine Rite Mass and affirm the past ecclesiology with an ecumenism of return.

The Decree of the Bishop of Worcester opens the possibility for other Catholic religious communities, even those who offer only the Novus Ordo Mass, to also affirm the traditional interpretation of the dogma EENS with the baptism of desire(BOD),baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I), accepted as possibilities known only to God but not practical exceptions to the dogmatic teaching on all needing 'faith and baptism'(AG 7) for salvation.

All religious communities, can affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS in harmony with Vatican Council II, also interpreted with BOD,BOB, I.I and LG 16, UR 3 ,LG 8,NA 2 etc not being visible and known exceptions to EENS.

So for canonical status Catholic religious communities can now also affirm Vatican Council II with LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, GS 22,NA 2 etc referring to hypothetical cases and not examples of known salvation; actual people saved outside the Church in the present times (2017).Theoretical cases are not exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.There is nothing in Vatican Council II to contradict EENS as it was defined by the three Church Councils.
This means the way is open, in the Catholic Church, for the Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) to doctrinally re-affirm their 2012 General Chapter Statement  which endorsed EENS ( premise-free).It supported Feeneyite EENS which is the basis of the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.
This religious community at the St.Benedict Center, Still River, MA though, is still interpreting Vatican Council II with the irrational premise and so it is a rupture with EENS( premise-free).This is a negation of the dogma EENS according to Fr. Leonard Feeney.When LG 16, LG 8, UR 3 etc are exceptions to EENS and Vatican Council II becomes a rupture with Tradition(Syllabus of Errors etc) then it means,theologically, for the MICM, there are known people saved outside the Church.There are known exceptions to the dogma EENS.This was the wrong understanding of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.Feeneyite EENS is replaced with Cushingite EENS.EENS(premise-free) is rejected for EENS with the premise i.e invisible people are visible on earth.Invisible cases of the baptism of desire are visible.Unknown people in 2017 are known examples of salvation outside the Church.People in Heaven can also be seen on earth.
The dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (Cantae Dominio, Council of Florence 1441) tells us  all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation and there are no known exceptions.If Vatican Council II is a rupture with EENS for the MICM, then they imply that there are known exceptions to the dogma EENS( Feeneyite).This would be irrational, non traditional and heretical.However it is also magisterial in Worcester and the Vatican.It is the doctrinal position of Bishop Robert McManus and his  Curia and also religious sisters of the Worcester Women's Leadership Conference.-Lionel Andrades

 Fr. Tom Weinandy ofm.cap, a former director of the U.S. bishops’ Committee on Doctrine,USCCB, like his predecessor   Mgsr. John Strynkowski was a thorough  liberal and so was invited by Pope Francis to the International Theological CommissionITC).He accepted the false philosophy and theology of Pope Benedict and Cardinal Ladaria's ITC papers, Christianity and the World Religions (1996) and The Hope of Salvation for Infants who die without Baptism(2007).1 These papers endorsed the new philosophy that people in Heaven were physically visible on earth.They put forward the new  theology like in Redemptoris Missio and Dominus Iesus,that there was known salvation outside the Church with invisible people actually being visible.This was the reasoning of  Pope Benedict and Cardinal Ladaria, now the Secretary of the CDF.For them  hypothetical cases could be considered non hypothetical to create a new theology. Their foundation was the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 which considered physically invisible cases of the baptism of desire(BOD),baptism of blood (BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) as being visible exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as interpreted by Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston and the St. Benedict Centre there.

Fr. Tom Weinandy never complained. This was the theological norm.He accepted all this irrationality.So Vatican Council II became a rupture with EENS for him. Lumen Gentium 16(invincible ignorance), Lumen Gentium 8(elements of sanctification and truth in other religions), Unitatis Redintigratio 3(imperfect communion in the Church) etc, for Weinandy refer to known people saved outside the Church.So the past ecclesiology with an ecumenism of return was discarded.The new ecclesiology based on invisible people being visible exceptions to EENS was accepted.
For Fr. Tom Weinandy this was the new theological norm,the politically acceptable 'development', he defended at the USCCB.
Perhaps all this was an oversight for Fr.Tom who has written an excellent letter to Pope Francis, expressing the feelings of numerous Catholics who may not know theology as he does, but know something is definitely wrong.The objective error in philosophy and theology though, which contradicts the Principle of Non Contradiction, could be  something he did not notice.
For the USCCB Doctrinal Committe under Cardinal Donald Wuerl,BOD,BOB and I.I were visible exceptions to EENS, in the case of Fr. Peter C.Phan.So the USCCB presented a vague Christology without the necessity of membership in the Catholic Church for salvation.Fr.Phan was not obliged to affirm exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.
Possibilities known only to God(BOD,BOB and I.I) cannot be considered real people in the present times.They cannot be  exceptions to the traditional teaching on salvation.This is an error of ITC.

No one corrects the mistake above since they are afraid as Fr. Weinandy has pointed out. No American priest is allowed by the USCCB to point out the error in public. BOD,BOB and I.I are only possibilities known to God, this is common sense.They are not actual known people saved outside the Church, without 'faith and baptism'(Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II).But every American priest has to use the invisible- people- are- visible premise(of the ITC)  to remain a priest in good standing.It is the same with every religious and lay Catholic in the USA.
It is interesting to see how Fr. John Zuhlsdorf affirms the philosophical error(invisible people who are now in Heaven saved with BOD, BOB and I.I are now visible) and the theological error ( they are visible exceptions to EENS since they are personally  known examples of salvation outside the Church,possibilites are known people, visible in the flesh).

Top Catholic blogger-priest Fr.John Zuhsldorf like Fr.Tom Weindany complains when Pope Francis suggests in Amoris Laetitia that we can see or know on earth, someone in manifest mortal sin who is not actually in mortal sin and would supposedly be going to Heaven if death comes suddenly.This of course is false.We humans cannot know. But it also false when Fr.Zuhsdorf, like  Pope Francis,Pope Benedict and Fr. Weinandy teach, that there are known exceptions to the dogma EENS, as it was known to the missionaries in the 16th century.This theological nonsense was called 'a  development in Vatican Council II', by Pope Benedict (2016 Avvenire).Where are these exceptions? Who has seen them?
Bloggers say Fr. Tom Weinandy was an establishment (leftist) theologian recognized by the USCCB  and the Vatican (official dissenters from the past magisterium of the Church).
He was repeating the lie of there being known salvation outside the Church, to reject the old exclusivist ecclesiology.The old exclusivist ecclesiology, which Pius XII allegedly did away with according to the ITC.
