You think that Catholics can imply that a person MIGHT be saved by being  protestant or some other faith. The answer to that is an absolutely NO.

There are NEVER situations in this world that a Catholic may think that a non Catholic might be saved.

 It is the duty of all Catholics to teach all without fail, That there is No Salvation Outside of the Catholic Church.
