Most of Redemptoris Missio cannot be magisterial since the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective and factual mistake

Redemptoris Missio(RM) is restricted to the evangelisation to non Christians and excludes evangelisation to Christians. Since Unitatis Redintigratio 3, for Cardinal Jospeh Ratzinger, referred to known ChristianS saved outside the Church. He allegedly knew of Christians saved in 'imperfect communion with the Church' etc.Also Christians could be saved in their religion for him since there were known people saved with the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and in invincible ignorance(I.I) .So the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) had become obsolete for him with Vatican Council II( UR3, GS 22 etc) interpreted with this false premise (invisible non Catholics are visible).

So RM calls for mission to bring people to Jesus only and not Jesus within the Catholic Church.

In the Catechism(1994) for Cardinal Ratzinger EENS is an 'aphorism'(CCC 846) and in an International Theological Commision paper it is an 'adage'.

RM is based on the false theology created with a false premise.Unknown non Catholics are assumed to be exceptions to the dogma EENS. This was the false reasoning.

There was no past ecclesiology for Cardinal Ratzinger but a new ecclesiology and a new EENS( with exceptions of BOD, BOB and I.I). There is also a new Vatican Council II with LG 14 (unknown catechuman) and LG 16( unknown person saved in ignorance) being exceptions to traditional EENS( BOD, BOB and I.I are not exceptions).

As Pope Benedict he approved of a  new evangelisation with mission along side Protestants who are saved and do not need to convert.

This is phase one in moving towards a one world religion with all Christians united  in a new church with new doctrines.Phase two will have to bring in the Jews and Muslims too in the some way.So the Eucharist has to be neutralised and the narrative on inter-communion changed.

Now when Pope Francis and Cardinal Marx permit the Eucharist for Protestants in Germany, and also in other countries,they follow the false theology of Pope Benedict, with his Cushingite interpretation of Vatican Council II.

For me UR 3, GS 22 etc refer to unknown people in 2018.So there are no exceptions to EENS in Vatican Council II.

The 'past ecclesiology' is also the present ecclesiology for me.It is the same after Vatican Council II.I use Feeneyism and not Cushingism as an interpretative theology.

So Protestants, Pentecostals, Orthodox Christians and others are on the way to Hell for me, according to Magisterial documents interpreted without the irrational premise and interpreted with Feeneyism instead of irrational Cushingism.

There can only be an ecumenism of return for me, since I do not know of any Christian saved outside the Catholic Church to be an exception to EENS and the traditional ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.

Mission is needed since all non Catholics are oriented to Hell with no known exception in 2018.There is the need to proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation and the non separation of Church and State since saving souls from going to Hell is the priority.

Pope Benedict violated the Principle of Non Contradiction in Redemptoris Missio.People saved with BOD and now in Heaven are not visible on earth to be examples of salvation outside the Church.A non Catholic saved cannot be in two places at the same time, Heaven and earth.

Neither can we physically see a non Catholic earth saved outside the Church.
So this is a rupture between faith and reason in RM.
RM though is magisterial when it states that the Catholic Church is the ordinary means of salvation and all need faith and baptism for salvation.
However most of RM cannot be magisterial since the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective and factual mistake.
