Cardinal Vince Nicols through his silence supported the euthanasia of Alfie Evans and will deny that he supports euthanasia. He also supports the irrational reasoning of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO) which rejects traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and he will NOT deny it.
Cardinal Vince Nicols will give the Eucharist to politicans who support abortion and he will deny that he supports abortion. Unlike the popes and saints of the past he will not consider the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) as being physically invisible cases. Instead like the liberal theologians in 1949 and then 1965 he will interpret BOD, BOB and I.I as being known people, physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church. He will not deny this.
Cardinal Vince Nicols will give the Eucharist at Mass to practising homosexuals but if it is said that he does not consider the homosexual act a mortal sin, he will deny it.But if it is said that he no more affirms the old exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church since visible for him BOD, BOB and I.I are objective exceptions, he will not deny it.
So Cardinal Nicols interprets Vatican Council II as a rupture with EENS since LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc refer to known people, saved outside the Catholic Church, even when there cannot be any such known people.This is the official irrational reasoning in England, to eliminate the Syllabus of Errors on the Old Ecumenism of Return, the Old Theology based on invisible for us BOD, BOB and I.I and the Old Ecclesiology which was exclusivist and ecclesiocentric.
So the Archdiocese of Westminister doctrinally has rejected the dogma EENS and so also in practise( pastorally) at interfaith meetings, catechesis for adults, Religion classes at school etc.
This will not be denied by Cardinal Nicols or Archbishop Malcolm McMahon O.P, the Archbishop of Liverpool, who overlooks Catholic education in Britain.
I repeat -Cardinal Nicols will suppport the Eucharist being given to the divorced and married and will say that doctrinally in general he is against it, like he is against euthanasia.But he will not support the Syllabus of Errors on ecumenism, other religions,exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church etc, and he does not deny this.
He does not also deny that he interprets BOD, BOB and I.I (which common sense indicates are hypothetical cases) as referring to visible people, saved outside the Church, in the present times. So in this way, like it was for Fr. Hans Kung s.j, Fr. Karl Rahner s.j , Fr.Jacques Dupuis s.j and Fr. Joseph Ratzinger, there are objective exceptions to traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus and so the dogma defined by three Church Councils is rejected.
There have been so many reports on line on the importance of affirming Catholic doctrine, with reference to moral theology and in particular Amoris Laetitia and the liberal cardinals have denied that they reject doctrine.
But on salvation theology it is clear that doctrine has been rejected and changed officially and this is not being denied by the cardinals and yet no one comments on this.

Catholic Archdiocese of Liverpool has an anti-Catholic Alder Hey policy on ecumenism etc : they deceive with the approval of the CBCEW which is unethical and possibly illegal
