Rational and traditional Catholic catechism after Vatican Council II

In Catholic catechesis Vatican Council's LG 8, LG 14, LG 16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are not the ordinary means of salvation instead Ad Gentes 7( all need faith and baptism for salvation) is the ordinary means to go to Heaven and avoid Hell.The  norm for salvation is 'faith and baptism'(AG 7).It also means saying that LG 8, LG 14,LG 16 etc are only hypothetical cases and so are not objective exceptions to AG 7 which says all need faith and baptism for salvation.We cannot meet or see someone saved outside the Church. A theoretical possibility is not a real person in the present times.

So for Cardinal Raymond Burke other religions are false paths to salvation.The Catholic Church is the one true Church of Christ.All social and political laws must have Christ, as he is known in the Catholic Church, as its centre.There must be constant evangelisation based on AG 7 and LG 14.He is rational and traditional.

For him the Catholic Church still teaches after Vatican Council II that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation.Everyone needs to be a member of the Church to avoid Hell. LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc refer to possibilities unknown to us in real cases.They are known only to God.So they cannot be exceptions to the dogma EENS in the present times(2018).

The Catholic Church has the fullness of truth, Catholics are the new people of God (Nostra Aetate 4).There are only Catholics in Heaven, who are there without mortal sin on their soul and are saved with 'faith and baptism'(AG 7).

On May 18, 2018 Cardinal Raymond Burke proclaimed the Faith rationally according to Vatican Council II.

On March 1,2018 Cardinal  Luiz Ladaria proclaimed his personal opinion of the Faith, irrationally, according to Vatican Council II(Cushingite).

For Cardinal Burke, LG 8 ( subsists it) referred to unknown people saved outside the Church.For Cardinal Ladaria, LG 8 ( subsists in) referred to known non Catholics, saved outside the Catholic Church.For Cardinal Ladaria, LG 8 was an exception to EENS.The Catholic Church, for him, no more has the superiority and exclusiveness in salvation( Placuit Deo, Press Conference).For Cardinal Burke outside the true Church of Christ, which subsists in only the Catholic Church , there is no  known salvation.This is something obvious.It is common knowledge.There are no defacto and concrete exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).So he proclaims the Social Reign of Christ the King, in private and public.

So there are two important points to note in catechesis 1) LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II are not the ordinary means of salvation but the ordinary means of salvation is AG 7.It is in harmony with the dogma EENS and 2) LG 8 etc refer to only hypothetical cases and not actual, known people saved outside the Church.
