Why don't Catholics evangelize? It is because of the doctrinal confusion in the Church sustained by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the popes since Pius XII.

The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 brought Cushingite theology into the Catholic Church and replaced traditional Feeneyite theology.

Then some of the Council Fathers at Vatican Council II inserted this Cushingite theology into Vatican Council II.

Now the whole Church interprets Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) with Cushingism. This has spread throughout the Catholic Church today like the Arian heresy of the past.

Not only liberals like Bishop Robert Barron  and Jimmy Akins promote it but also conservatives like Michael Voris  and Bishop Schneider.Christine Niles at CMTV cites the liberal Ralph Martin's book on salvation.Ralph Martin is a Cushingite as is Dr. Robert Fastiggi at the Sacred Heart Major Seminary, Detroit, USA.Cushingism is irrational and creates a rupture with Tradition and so cannot be the teaching of the Holy Spirit.

Due to Cushingism, Catholic websites on apologetics do not say that all Jews and Muslims, and other non Christians, need to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation.Instead in a vague way they mention the necessity of believing in Jesus for salvation, even if one is a Protestant, Pentecostal or a Jehovah's Witness. The Jehovah Witness' have a different understanding of Jesus.

This is why Catholics are confused.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church 1257 says that the Church knows of no means to eternal beatitude other than the baptism of water and CCC 1257 also says God is not limited to the Sacraments.Cardinal Ratzinger was a Cushingite.

A Feeneyite has to re-read 1257 as saying all need the baptism of water for salvation and we do not know of any person in 2018 who has been saved outside the Church because ' God is not limited to the Sacraments'.

Similarly Cushingite Cardinal Ratzinger in CCC 846 says all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church and CCC 846 also cites Ad Gentes 7 which says all need faith and baptism for salvation. A Feeneyite re-reading of CCC 846 would say all need to be visible members of the Catholic Church since outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation, so all need 'faith and baptism' to avoid Hell ( for salvation) and, there are no  known cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance.So all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church and they are only visible members of the Church, with faith and the baptism of water.

It is because of the doctrinal confusion created by the Cushingite hierarchy at the Vatican, Catholics do not have unity in evangelisation. It is the cardinal and bishops, who do not have the courage to speak the truth.

Catholics needs to proclaim the Faith only with Feeneyism. Cushingism (invisible cases of the baptism of desire are physically visible) is irrational and causes a rupture with Tradition( unknown cases of the baptism of desire are explicit exceptions to traditional EENS).Cushingism causes a schism with the past popes and saints on EENS, the Syllabus of Errors, the past ecclesiology, ecumenism of return etc.

Lay Catholic need to tell the Vatican that they reject Cushingism and will not interpret the Catechisms and other magisterial documents with Cushingite philosophy (invisible people are visible) and theology( invisible people are visible examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church, so outside the Church there is known salvation).
