Bishop Bernard Fellay is ready to accept a personal prelature and Vatican Council II (Cushingite) without asking Rome to come back to the Faith by affirming Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) and interpreting the Nicene Creed, all the Catechisms, the encyclicals and magisterial documents with rational Feeneyism, so as not to create a rupture with Tradition

It is good that Bishop Fellay is ready to sign an agreement with the Vatican and accept a personal prelature but he is condoning heresy in the interpretation of Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS)with Cushingism. There is also a schism with the past popes on EENS.
He is  no more interested in Church doctrine but his priority seems security with the threats from the Jewish Left still there.
The Left want him to receive a personal prelature but only in exchange for affirming Vatican Council II ( Cushingite) which is a rupture with the dogma EENS, which says all Jews and other non Catholics need to convert into the Catholic Church as members, with faith and baptism(AG 7), for salvation.
He also did not comment when the Vatican document on the Jews was issued.
Bishop Fellay is still interpreting Vatican Council II and EENS with Cushingism, like the Left and the two popes and does not seem to have a clue to Vatican Council II(Feeneyite).

The difference between him and the liberals is that he rejects the conclusion of Vatican Council II( Cushingite) which is a break with Tradition while the liberals and Masons welcome it.But the SSPX and the liberals are using the same false premise to interpret the Council.
The SSPX General Chapter Statement 2012 affirmed Feeneyite EENS and this was rejected by Ecclesia Dei and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.

So without unity on doctrine the SSPX is going ahead for an agreement.

Even though the General Chapter Statement on doctrine has been rejected by the two popes and the Left, Bishop Bernard Fellay is seeking an agreement.-Lionel Andrades
