Catholics in Germany must evangelize based on Vatican Council II interpreted with Feeneyism.Tell Protestants that they do not have Catholic faith which is needed for salvation. Neither do they have the baptism of water in the Catholic Church (AG 7, LG 14), which is needed for salvation.They need to convert to avoid Hell.There are only Catholics in Heaven.
According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church(1994) one mortal sin is sufficient to take a person to Hell.Just one.We also know that outside the Church there is no salvation ( CCC 845,846,1257 interpreted with Feeneyism and not the common Cushingism).
Also according to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) the heretics (Protestants)and schismatics(Orthodox Christians) are on the way to Hell unless they enter the Church.(Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441).
Vatican Council II (AG 7) supports EENS while LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc refer to hypothetical cases only, when interpreted with Feeneyism.So these references in Vatican Council II interpreted with Feeneyism and not Cushingism, do not contradict EENS or AG 7.
Catholics in Germany, or Russia or any other part of the world, should evangelize knowing all other Christians are on the way to Hell, since they do not have Catholic faith, according to the dogma EENS.
Vatican Council II(F) is in harmony with EENS(F).
Jesus asked St. Faustina Kowalska to pray for heretics and schismatics who are going to Hell. So there is a special day of prayer for them during the Divine Mercy Novena after Easter.
Similarly Padre Pio has said that Martin Luther is in Hell and those who follow him will also go there.
Lutherans must be told that they are going to Hell according to Vatican Council II (AG 7) and the dogma EENS(Feeneyite).They must be told that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation.
