German President must respect Catholic beliefs before and after Vatican Council II :outside the Church there is no salvation

The Leftist President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeierhas has  1 called for the Catholic Church to allow Protestants to receive the Eucharist at Mass. He does not respect our Catholic beliefs before and after Vatican Council II.The Catholic Church teaches that all need 'faith and baptism' for salvation (Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II).2Every one needs to be a member of the Catholic Church to avoid Hell( for salvation).According to Vatican Council II Protestants are all oriented to Hell since they do not have faith, Catholic faith. We don't know any one in Germany saved outside the Church with UR 3,GS 22, LG8,LG 14, LG 16,NA 2, GS 22.3These are references to speculative cases, things we hope for.
In Heaven there are only Catholics according to Vatican Council II, those who are there with faith and baptism, they will be in eternity praising God in happiness.
So the Eucharist is reserved only for Catholics who do not live in sin, mortal sin.
Protestants are in heresy and apostasy and live in sin in general. So they are not prepared; not worthy to receive the Eucharist. It is not enough to believe in Jesus to receive the Eucharist, since even Catholics who believe in Jesus but live in mortal sin are not worthy.
St.Paul cautions the Catholics at Corinth that they they must not receive the Eucharist unworthily during at Mass in Greek.
Protestants spouses in Germany are living in adultery with their Catholic spouse. They are outside the Church.Their marriage is not a Sacrament. A Catholic marriage is only between two Catholics.A non believer is an impediment to the marriage being a Sacrament.
Similarly cardinals and bishops who do not believe in the teachings of the Church, are in mortal sins of faith. They  sacrilegiously offer Holy Mass.
Protestants need to convert into the Church and live the Gospel as traditionally taught in the Church. Then they can receive the Eucharist worthily and it will not bring condemnation upon themselves  for being outside the Church..
The President of Germany an evangelical Christian should set an example and appeal to all non Catholics to convert into the Catholic Church and then receive the Eucharist at Holy Mass.Since outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation and this is the teaching of the Catholic Church before and after Vatican Council II.The Catholic Church in Germany is presently burdened with the non separation of Satanic secularism and State and the separation of the Catholic Church and State.-Lionel Andrades

Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by baptism, as by a door...
By means of this activity, the Mystical Body of Christ unceasingly gathers and directs its forces toward its own growth (cf. Eph. 4:11-16). The members of the Church are impelled to carry on such missionary activity by reason of the love with which they love God and by which they desire to share with all men the spiritual goods of both its life and the life to come.

Finally, by means of this missionary activity, God is fully glorified, provided that men fully and consciously accept His work of salvation, which He has accomplished in Christ.-Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II.

UR 3( imperfect communion with the Church),GS 22( people of good will), LG 8 (elements of sanctification and truth in other religions) ,LG 14( unknown catechumen saved without the baptism of water and only with the desire for the baptism of water), LG 16( saved in invincible ignorance or with a good conscience) , NA 2 (The Catholic Church rejects nothing that is true and holy in these religions)
