For me the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance always refer to hypothetical cases and not real people known in 2018. So the long lists of popes and saints referring to BOD, refer to hypothetical cases, spesculation with good will , theoretical possibilities known only to God.
The baptism of desire is not an exception to EENS for me. I do not have to choose between BOD and EENS.It was like this for the popes and saint over the centuries.
So the CMRI position on the BOD being an exception to EENS is obsolete now. They would agree with me when I say that there are no known BOD cases in our reality.Bishop Mark Pivarus of the CMRI made a mistake.
The CMRI religious would agree when I say possibilties of salvation with BOD, would only be known to God and so are not concrete exceptions to EENS. There are no known examples of salvation outside the Church in the present times.
We cannot see or meet people who have died and would be saved with the BOD.
We do not know any one in the past in the Church who saw someone saved in Heaven with the baptism of desire and without the baptism and Catholic faith.
So this is an error on their website which needs to be corrected.
A bigger error is there in assuming that Vatican Council II is a rupture with EENS ( Feeneyite).Since LG 8,LG 16, LG 14, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 are hypothetical always for us.They are not exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.
Similarly Quanta Cura, Mystici Corporis and the Catechisms of Trent, Baltimore and Pius X ,when they mention BOD etc really refer to hypothetical cases. So they never were exceptions to the traditional interpretation of EENS.
The CMRI needs to correct the error on their websie and come out of the sedevacantism based on Vatican Council II.

Bishops Schneider, Sanborn and Pivarunas contradict the Syllabus of Errors while the Catechisms of Trent and Pius X are a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church for them
