The German bishops and the Vatican hide a secret . They tell a lie and so stay legal with the Left in Germany.Since the Catholic Church really teaches that all Protestants and other non Catholics need faith and baptism(AG 7) for salvation and the Catholic Church is the one true Church of Christ(AG 7, UR 3).
Catholics are the new people of God(NA 4). Protestants in Germany do not have Catholc faith (AG 7). They are oriented to the fires of Hell( Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441, extra ecclesiam nulla salus).So the missionaries in the 16th century went to distance lands to convert the pagans who all in general were on the way to Hell.These were the Jesuits in the Middle Ages whom I call Feeneyites.They believed outside the Church there was no known salvation.
They are not to be confused with those who believe outside the Church there is known salvation and whom I call Cushingites.
GERMAN BISHOPS ARE CUSHINGITES THEY USE DECEPTION
The German bishops like the present two popes, are Cushingites for them unknown cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
For the German Cushingites,BOD, BOB and I.I and Vatican Council II's LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc,are
examples,of known non-Catholics saved outside the Church.

But we know that BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are only hypothetical cases. They are only theoretical possibilities, speculation with good will. They are not actual people in 2018.

So the Cushingite German bishops have to pretend that there are such known people who make the dogma EENS obsolete.
But this is deception. It is telling a lie. This is not really the teaching of the Catholic Church.
A false premise ( invisible non Catholics are physically visible, personally known) and false inference ( invisible non Catholics saved outside the Church who are not invisible but are personally known).So the conclusion is that there is salvation outside the Church.
So we have the traditional Feeneyism and the new Cushingism.We have dishonesty among the German bishops, may be it is unintentional and something they are not aware of.

The church has even been known to look into expats’ home records to determine if they’ve been honest on tax declarations about being baptized or not. 1

They could then call for mission knowing that most of the people in Germany, non Catholics, are on the way to Hell.They would also be saying that all Jews and Muslims in Germany are on the way to Hell unless they converted into the Catholic Church as members.

Will Cardinal Marx and the German bishops violate the German Constitution and laws and say outside the Church there is no salvation and the Catholic Church has the superiority and exclusiveness in salvation, according to Vatican Council II(AG 7)?

WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THE GERMAN BISHOPS USED FEENEYISM
So if the German bishops were asked by a civil court to come out straight and use Feeneyism to interpret Church documents since it is rational and honest and assuming that they agreed, what would happen to their financial assests.
Would they be considered 'haters' for holding the traditional teaching on salvation, mission and ecclesiology.Would they be penalised financially in some way for being traditionalist Catholics?
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE MEDIA FINDS OUT THE TRUTH
What happens when the media and judiciary in Germany learn that Vatican Council II can be interpreted with the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance,as referring to only hypothetical cases and so they are not objective exceptions to the past ecclesiologyand the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ?
What happens when they realize that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are all hypothetical cases in 2018 ?
Will the German bishops and Catholics there, be able to accept the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) according to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century?
Does he have any other rational choice ? No.Since Cushingism is deception.
So will they reject Vatican Council II (rational) ? Will they reject the Catechism of the Catholic Church(interpreted rationally)? Will they reject the Nicene Creed interpreted with Feeneyism and without the irrational premise?
Will they really accept that there no known salvation outside the Church and all Protestants are outside the Church? Or will they go into schism and remain politically correct with all their wealth?
When Pope Benedict and Pope Francis admit in public that Vatican Council (Cushingite) is irrational and that Vatican Council II( Feeneyite) is the rational and traditional doctrinal teaching of the Church. They affirm Vatican Council II(Feeneyite). Now picture the tension among the German bishops.The German bishops Conference could reject Vatican Council (Feeneyite).

On the other hand the traditionalists (picture this) will be thanking the popes for accepting Vatican Council II(Feeneyite) and Romes' coming back to the Faith, their discarding of Vatican Council II(Cushingite), which has a hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition.
They would of course welcome Vatican Councl II(Feeneyite) which is in harmony with the Syllabus of Errors , the past exclusivist ecclesiology and Feeneyite EENS. The magisterium after Vatican Council II would be in harmony with the Magisterium of the 16th century.4
GERMAN COURT FINDS GRAND CHANCELLOR OR KNIGHTS OF MALTA GUILTY
A German court has already found the Grand Chancellor of the Knights of Malta Albrecht Freiherr von Boeselager of being untruthful similarly the German Court would find the Knights of Malta and the Catholic bishops of Germany untruthful and telling a lie.5
A JUDGE WILL DETECT THE DECEPTION
1) Can we humans see people in Heaven in general?
2) Can we see people in Heaven saved without the baptism of water and Catholic faith?
