They approved two theological papers of the International Theological Commission which assume invisible cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are visible exceptions to the traditional, 'strict' interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). Then they used this irrationality, i.e, unknown cases of BOD, BOB and I.I, to assume all other hypothetical cases mentioned in Vatican Council II (UR  3, LG 8 etc) are objective exceptions to the dogma EENS. For them they were examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church. In this way they created a rupture with the missionaries and Magisterium in the 16th century and made the original interpretation of EENS obsolete.
Cardinal Ladaria maintained this deception on March 1,2018 at the Placuit Deo Press Conference.
They were also forcing this false interpretation of Vatican Council II upon the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX) with the bait of  canonical recognition.

Since they overlooked the false premise they also overlooked the same error in Redemptoris Missio and Dominus Iesus.The theology is Cushingite and not Feeneyite.

Similarly they did not interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church with Feeneyism. Instead they used the  false premise.Also they re-interpreted BOD, BOB and I.I mentioned in the Catechism of Pope Pius X and the Council of Trent, as referring to visible people. So with this Cushingite interpretation there was a rupture with Feeneyite EENS.

They supported the innovative Letter of the Holy Office 1949 which made the objective mistake.The cardinal who issued the Letter expected Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston to state that invisible cases of the BOD, BOB and I.I were visible exceptions to his traditional interpretation of the dogma EENS.So there had to be a rupture with the past ecclesiology of the Church and an ecumenism of return.

Now when the CDF and Ecclesia Dei are informed about all these errors which can be read on line, there is no denial or correction from them.

With this irrationality there are not only two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one rational and the other irrational, but there are two interpretations of the Nicene Creed. So the Profession of Faith based on the Creed is now meaningless.

Also this is a major source of modernism in the Church.When the Oath Against Modernism is recited and the issue of invisible BOD being a visible exception to the Syllabus of Errors( ecumenism of return) is not known to Catholics.They are all affirming heresy and modernism which is officially approved.So the Oath has no value, it can mean different things to different  Catholics.

The CDF also needs to apologize to Fr. Leonard Feeney and the St. Benedict Center of his time, for wrongly suggesting that BOD, BOB and I.I were exceptions to EENS,So it was heretically stated that not every one needs to enter the Church for salvation. This was modernism.It was also schism with the past popes on EENS and the past exclusivisit ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.-Lionel Andrades

This is public schism but it is not known to Catholics at large because of the following confusion.

No one corrected Cardinal Ladaria.No one told him that this was schism.He had a choice.











 He could have re-interpreted Lumen Gentium 8 as just referring to a hypothetical case, an invisible person in the present times.Then there would be no rupture with the past.
