Telling a lie in Germany

REFERENCES TO TEXT WITH THE LIE , THE FALSE INFERENCE

Here are references to text where the lie is repeated, the false inference is used to create a liberal and non traditional conclusion.So it then becomes a rupture with the past Magisterium of the popes.

In the course of the Council the “subsistit in” took the place of the previous “est”.[7] It contains in nuce the whole ecumenical problem.[8]The “est” claimed that the church of Christ Jesus “is” the Catholic Church. This strict identification of the church of Christ Jesus with the Catholic Church had been represented most recently in the encyclicals Mystici corporis (1943) and Humani generis (1950).[9] But even according to Mystici corporis there are people who, although they have not yet been baptised, are subsumed under the Catholic Church because that is their express desire (DS 3921). Cardinal Walter Kasper made a stunning statement in the pages of L'Osservatore Romano this past Friday. In offering some reflections on the challenges facing the Church and the continued (perpetual) problem of the "true implementation of Vatican II", Kasper, speaking with reference to the documents of the Council, stated:
"In many places, [the Council Fathers] had to find compromise formulas, in which, often, the positions of the majority are located immediately next to those of the minority, designed to delimit them. GERMAN BISHOPS AND CARDINALS TEACHING A LIE

The courts in  Germany can be asked if the German Bishops and Cardinals can teach a falsehood, lie and deception in theology. The courts would not be asked to interpret Catholic theology or docrines but only to confirm if it is possible to physically see and persaonally meet people saved outside the Church, people who would be saved and now are in Heaven. Since this is the inference of the German bishops in their New Theology which states outside the Church there is known salvation.

VIOLATES PRINCIPLE OF NON CONTRADICTION

Can there really be known salvation outside the Catholic Church with the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance or would this only be known to God if it existed?

And if it is only known to God and there are no known cases in the present times for example 2018, then how can there can exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and Vatican Council II which states all need faith and baptism for salvation (Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II)?

Is this not a violation of the Principle of Non Contradiction even if it supported by the German Pope Benedict and German Cardinal Muller, former Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.-Lionel Andrades
