Worlds apart : If I go back to the Beda I would have to accept all this innovation in the Church based upon an irrational premise to create a rupture with Tradition.

I am near the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Wall, Rome and I recall my time at the Beda  Pontifical College nearby, the seminary for late vocations under the British bishops.
I cannot go up to the Rector and say, " I would like to be a seminarian again and study for the priesthood. I will get a recommendation letter from an Italian bishop in Rome".
This is not possible.Doctrinally and theologically we are worlds apart.
It's obligatory for the seminarians and faculty here at the Beda to interpret all magisterial documents using the false premise from  the Letter of the Holy Office 1949. I affirm all magisterial documents but without the false premise. Using the false premise is obligatory at the Beda and other English seminaries.
So it would have been normal for them at the Beda when Cardinal Vincent Nicols said recently that the Church does not say that any one in particular is in Hell. For me the Church says most people are in Hell.
This is only one example. There are many other  differences between us since they use the New Theology and I avoid it.
When I read Vatican Council II  the Council is saying that all need faith and the baptism of water for salvation(AG 7).And I know that most people die without it.So they are all oriented to Hell.
Also for me LG 8 etc refers to invisible people, hypothetical cases in 2018. So LG 8, LG 16 etc are not references to objective exceptions to AG 7.
Also I know there are no practical exceptions to AG 7 and the dogma EENS.
For Cardinal Vincent Nicols and the Beda, English and Irish College in Rome, LG 8 etc refer to known people saved outside the Catholic Church. So AG 7 and EENS is made obsolete.
It means there is 'known salvation' outside the Church for the Bishops Conference in England and so there are exceptions to the traditional exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church. They reject it.Ad Gentes 7 'seeds of the Word' according to their website is an exception to outside the Churcht there is no salvation.
So if there is known salvation outside the Church, they reason ( by assuming possibilities of salvation are real people in the present time)  that not every one needs to enter the Church. And if a few  non Catholics can be saved outside the Church, then why not many or all, is their way of thinking.

So there is no mission for them like  it was for the English Martyrs who believed most people are on the way to Hell unless they enter and remain in the Catholic Church as members.
So if I go back to the Beda I would have to accept all this innovation in the Church based upon an irrational premise to create a rupture with Tradition. This is official heresy and schism with the past popes and it is approved by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican. -Lionel Andrades

In Germany all candidates with a religious vocation have to claim that invisible baptism of desire etc are visible exceptions to the dogma EENS.They also cannot interpret Vatican Council II in harmony with EENS

When the Vocations Director at Southwark, England says candidates with a religious vocation would have to hold the teaching summarised by the Latin expression extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) he is refering to EENS Cushingite and not EENS, Feeneyite
