In Germany all candidates with a religious vocation have to claim that invisible baptism of desire etc are visible exceptions to the dogma EENS.They also cannot interpret Vatican Council II in harmony with EENS

In Germany they do not expect candidates with a religious vocation to affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was interpreted by the Church for centuries.

All candidates have to claim that invisible baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and beings saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are visible exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
They all have to pledge that there was someone or many people in the past whose names are unknown who actually saw people in Heaven without faith and the baptism of water and who were instead saved with BOD, BOB and I.I.
All candidates to the religous life have also to pledge that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc mentioned in Vatican Council II, refer to known to people saved outside the Church. They are examples of salvation outside the Church.
They are not permitted to say that LG 8 etc refer to invisible people and are references to hypothetical cases and so do not contradict the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS as it was known to St. Albert the Great in Cologne.
Those candidates who interpret Vatican Council II, without the irrational premise and in harmony with the past ecclesiology of the Catholic Church cannot become priests or nuns or even a friar, in a religious community in Germany.

Fr. Mark Morris fired from Glasgow Caledonian University for affirming Church teaching on homosexuality

GLASGOW, Scotland (ChurchMilitant.com) - A faithful Scottish priest has been fired for holding a service of atonement for his city's annual gay pride parade last weekend.
On Monday night, Fr, Mark Morris, pastor of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (IHOM) in Balornock, led a parish "Rosary of reparation for the gross offense to God which is Pride Glasgow."
Shortly after, the service was brought to the attention of officials at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU), where Fr. Morris served as chaplain. He was promptly sacked.
The move has outraged faithful Scottish Catholics. "John," a member of the archdiocese of Glasgow, told Church Militant Thursday, "I've met Fr. Morris on a number of occasions and I've only ever found him to be a caring, gentle and pastoral priest. He did not deserve dismissal by the university nor the wrath of the Scottish national media for his parish Rosary."

In a logically inconsistent defense of Fr. Morris' dismissal, GCU Principal and Vice-Chancellor Pamela Gillies denounced his orthodox Catholic perspective as "antithetical to [the views] held by the University," while proclaiming GCU to be "strongly inclusive and committed to supporting equality and diversity on campus."
On Wednesday, campus gay group LGBT+ Liberation applauded the decision: "Thanks to the resilience of our community, and the string of complaints made directly to the university, and a thorough internal investigation, Father Morris will no longer work within GCU."

It sets a worrying precedent for the independence of Church teaching and presence on campus with regards to religious freedom.
"While this is great news for us," they added, "we wish to extend our hand to the Catholic community within GCU, to work together and make sure we can co-exist in a way that we are all accepted, and our views respected on an equal basis."
But, faithful Catholics are pointing out, Fr. Morris' firing demonstrates that campus gay activists are not willing to respect orthodox Catholic views "on an equal basis" with their own. They are blasting GCU's move as an affront to religious liberty and freedom of speech — an act of persecution.

"It sets a worrying precedent for the independence of Church teaching and presence on campus with regards to religious freedom. Many of my non-Catholic friends — who, incidentally, are pro-LGBT — feel this was too draconian a measure," John told Church Militant Thursday.
"This is very sad news about the treatment of Father Morris," said another. "When freedom of speech is only the privilege of certain groups, doesn't it lose its very meaning? Silencing people who don't share your notions of tolerance hardly seems to be in the spirit of inclusivity, the poster child of our times."
"It seems startlingly similar to instances when people's jobs were at stake during the Soviet era if they didn't actively promulgate the party's ideology," she added.
Described as an "excellent" pastor and "one of the few traditional priests in Scotland," Fr. Morris' supporters are rallying to his defense.
In a statement posted to its Facebook page, GCU Catholic Community declared its backing for their chaplain:
The Catholic Community at GCU would like to express our full support and solidarity with Fr. Mark Morris at this time. He is a faithful priest who has served our community with joy, dignity and a smiling face for many years now. We are extremely disappointed that the university have decided to dismiss Fr. Morris. It is frankly abhorrent that a Catholic priest would be dismissed from his post as a Catholic chaplain for merely reaffirming the teachings of the Catholic faith.
In line with Church teaching, Fr. Morris has made it clear on many occasions that homosexual persons are called to a life of chastity. In no way does this mean that homosexual persons are not welcome here at the chaplaincy, nor does it mean that they have fallen short of the love of God. ... Nonetheless, it seems that Glasgow Caledonian University have a very warped understanding of "Equality and Diversity," whereby they have permitted absolutely no diversity of opinion whatsoever.
In a conversation with Church Militant Thursday, "Gordon," an IHOM parishioner, echoed GCU Catholic Community's praise.
"Father is like no other priest I have come into contact with in the first couple of years of my life as a Catholic," he said. "I am drawn to his example whenever I watch him faithfully offer up the sacrifice of the Holy Mass. He has helped me to recognize the authenticity of the traditional Catholic faith and to grab hold for dear eternal life."

"The traditional Catholic faith may have disappeared from the archdiocese, even from all of Scotland, but for the heroic efforts of Father Morris," he reflected. "He has undoubtedly been instrumental in making IHOM something of a hub of traditional Catholicism in the U.K., hosting Cdl. Burke and Bp. Schneider at our little parish in recent times."

Gordon's assertion was echoed Thursday by "Stefan," another IHOM parishioner: "Fr. Morris is effectively saving the ever-shrinking parish base and replenishes the congregation with faithful who, although not all locals, form a great and lively community of Catholics — hardly comparable to any in Glasgow and indeed in Scotland (with certain notable exceptions!)."

"Father Morris will on occasion deliver serious sermons on matters which affect the faithful," Gordon said, explaining the priest's defense of Catholic doctrine. "But there is not the slightest semblance of hatred for particular groups of people — he delivers them not to attack particular people, but out of fidelity to Church teaching and concern for the souls of his parishioners."

Gordon slammed GCU's actions, warning they reflect a worrying trend across British society.

"Of course, the dismissal of Father Morris betrays the complete hypocrisy of the liberals," he said. "The United Kingdom is a deeply liberal country which is becoming more accustomed to promoting immorality — homosexuality, transgenderism and other causes — and in silencing socially conservative voices."

Noting the "operative words" of the new Left — "openness," "inclusiveness," "acceptance," "diversity," "love," etc. — he noted that "none of these alleged values are ever on display in their encounters with moral conservatives."

"Rather, we see the opposite — we see bilious hatred of moral conservatives, and of Christians in particular," he said.

Father Morris' dismissal is a prime example of U.K. leftists' tolerance, Gordon argued.

"Liberals are quite capable of tolerating Christians so long as the persons concerned harbor a species of watered-down moral theology to the extent that the Christian's views are indistinguishable from those of his liberal neighbor," he observed. "Or, if he does not express the same views, frankly, he is expected to remain silent."

"Father Morris," Gordon added, "simply verbalized what has been the teaching on homosexuality etc. of the Holy Catholic Church since its inception."

Italian bishop says he’s ready to “turn all the churches into mosques” to aid the cause of mass Muslim migration

  BY

Monsignor Raffaele Nogaro, bishop emeritus of Caserta, says he is ready to “turn all the churches into mosques if it were useful to the cause and if it allowed us to save the lives of men and women.”
And so the Catholic Church continues on its path of aiding and abetting Europe’s civilizational and cultural suicide — not unwittingly, but with its eyes open. As I show in my book The History of Jihad From Muhammad to ISIS, the Catholic Church was once one of the foremost bulwarks of defense in the jihad against Europe. But those days are long gone, to the degree that those who call attention to the fact that Europe faces a resurgence today of the same threat that it faced for centuries are ruthlessly harassed and silenced by Catholic authorities.
History will judge today’s Catholic prelates quite harshly.
“Leave them; they are blind guides. And if a blind man leads a blind man, both will fall into a pit.” (Matthew 15:14)
“Migrants, priests challenge Salvini: fasting and protests against him,” translated from “Migranti, i preti sfidano Salvini: digiuno e presidio contro di lui,” by Sergio Rame, Il Giornale, July 10, 2018 (thanks to Ralph):
Street priests, nuns and missionaries in the square against Salvini: “Solidarity with migrants.” Ten days of fasting and protests between the Vatican and Montecitorio.
All against Matteo Salvini. Not just the left and the radical chic. Now the “red” priests, those commonly called “on the street,” the missionaries and the nuns, go down into the square.
To express their dissent, as had been announced by Giornale.it in the past few hours, they organized a sort of “relay fast.” For ten days they will take to the streets against the migrant policies of the Northern League minister, beginning today at noon on the dot, with “a day of fasting of justice in solidarity with the migrants” in front of St. Peter’s Basilica. Then, for another ten days, they will be in the same site in front of Montecitorio, where they will hold a permanent protest.
The supporters of the appeal are all men of the Church. We went to Father Alex Zanotelli, who signed on behalf of the Comboni Missionaries, to Monsignor Raffaele Nogaro, bishop emeritus of Caserta, to Fr Alessandro Santoro, who signed on behalf of the Community of the Piagge of Florence, to Sister Rita Giaretta of the Casa Ruth of Caserta. Recalling when Pope Francis challenged the restrictive policies of “Fortress Europe” during the Mass celebrated in Lampedusa for the 33 thousand immigrants who died in the Mediterranean Sea, the organizers asked: “Have you ever cried when you saw a boat of migrants sink?” Then, referring also to Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi who, during the arm-wrestling between Salvini and the Aquarius ship, quoted the Gospel on Twitter: “I was a foreigner and you did not welcome me.” “The choices of the government are incompatible with the Gospel and with the Constitution,” explained Fr Alessandro Santoro, of the community of the Piagge of Florence, to Fatto Quotidiano: “we defend the principle of humanity with the weapons we have: our bodies.”
To today’s protest in St. Peter’s Square (watch the video) very few people showed up. And the protest of the street priests has fallen on deaf ears. But the protesters will go on to protest against Salvini again in the coming days. “We will continue in Montecitorio to testify with fasting against the migration policies of this government,” said Father Zanotelli. “We will continue to fast for another 10 days with a protest in front of Montecitorio from 8AM to 2PM.” “Have you ever cried when you saw a boat of migrants sink?”, asks the priest, adding that “the shipwreck of migrants, the poor, the desperate is also the shipwreck of Europe, and its ideals of being the homeland of human rights.” Next to Father Zanotelli, in San Pietro, there was also the cartoonist Vauro Senesi. The two read the words spoken in an interview by Monsignor Raffaele Nogaro, bishop emeritus of Caserta, in which he said he was ready to “turn all the churches into mosques if it were useful to the cause and if it allowed us to save the lives of men and women.”

Pakistan: Muslims thrash the nation’s first Sikh police officer, forcibly evict him from his house

A glimpse into the future of Europe.
“Pakistan’s first Sikh police officer thrashed, forcibly evicted from his house: Report,” PTI, July 11, 2018 (thanks to S.):
Pakistan’s first Sikh police officer has claimed that he was forcibly evicted from his house in Lahore village along with his children and wife, following a property dispute with the government.
Gulab Singh Shaheen in a video said that yesterday he was evicted by the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), the parent body of Sikh Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (PSGPC) from his house in Lahore’s Dera Chahal which is situated about 28 kilometres from Lahore, Daily Pakistan reported.
“My turban was forced open and hair was untied,” Singh said in one of the videos he shared on Facebook.
In a video, Singh can be seen pleading to police to give him “at least 10 minutes” to be in the place where they have been staying since 1947. Singh, later, told the media that ETPB secretary Tariq Wazir thrashed him….

Netherlands: Muslim politician says if Dutch people “don’t like a changing Netherlands, they should get lost”

  BY

Tunahan Kuzu is in the Netherlands to stay, and he knows who the masters of the country will soon be, and if the Dutch don’t like it, they can leave. Watch for more Muslim leaders in Europe to say this in the near future.
“Muslim party leader in the Netherlands tells Dutch to leave their country if they don’t like diversity,” Voice of Europe, July 11, 2018:
Tunahan Kuzu, the political leader of the DENK party in the Netherlands, has caused some serious controversy, Dutch broadcaster NOS reports.
“If they don’t like a changing Netherlands in which people with different cultures live… like in the city of Zaandam or the neighbourhood of Poelenburg, they should get lost,” Kuzu says in an interview.
Kuzu’s DENK party is a controversial party that is rapidly growing in Dutch urban areas. It especially performs well in areas with high Muslim populations, for example in western Amsterdam (Amsterdam Nieuw-West).
In the latest Dutch national election, in March 2017, DENK won three seats grabbing almost 200,000 votes. One year later, in the municipal elections, the party was by far the largest in ‘Amsterdam Nieuw-West’ and swept away some of the traditional leftist parties.
DENK was founded in February 2015, by two former Turkish labour party (PVDA) members: Tunahan Kuzu and Selçuk Öztürk….
During the latest meeting with their former party PVDA, Selçuk Öztürk even said during an argument: “May Allah punish you!”…

Pakistan: New party gaining popularity by insisting that “blasphemers” must be put to death

“Ahead of Pakistan’s general elections later this month, the newly established Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) party is gaining traction with its anti-blasphemy agenda.”
This is because its Islamic message resonates with the serious Muslims in Pakiustan. Islam mandates death for non-Muslim subjects of the Islamic state who mention “something impermissible about Allah, the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), or Islam” (‘Umdat al-Salik, o11.10), and such laws are based upon passages in the Hadith and Sira in which Muhammad orders the murders of people who have insulted him.
These include Abu Afak, who was over one hundred years old, and the poetess Asma bint Marwan. Abu Afak was killed in his sleep, in response to Muhammad’s question, “Who will avenge me on this scoundrel?” Similarly, Muhammad on another occasion cried out, “Will no one rid me of this daughter of Marwan?” One of his followers, Umayr ibn Adi, went to her house that night, where he found her sleeping next to her children. The youngest, a nursing babe, was in her arms. But that didn’t stop Umayr from murdering her and the baby as well. Muhammad commended him: “You have done a great service to Allah and His Messenger, Umayr!” (Ibn Ishaq, 674-676)
Then there was Ka’b bin Al-Ashraf. Muhammad asked: “Who is willing to kill Ka’b bin Al-Ashraf who has hurt Allah and His Apostle?” One of the Muslims, Muhammad bin Maslama answered, “O Allah’s Apostle! Would you like that I kill him?” When Muhammad said that he would, Muhammad bin Maslama said, “Then allow me to say a (false) thing (i.e. to deceive Kab).” Muhammad responded: “You may say it.” Muhammad bin Maslama duly lied to Ka’b, luring him into his trap, and murdered him. (Sahih Bukhari, volume 5, book 59, number 369)
“Blasphemers should be put to death, says one Pakistan party as elections near,” World Watch Monitor, July 11, 2018:
Ahead of Pakistan’s general elections later this month, the newly established Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) party is gaining traction with its anti-blasphemy agenda, Al-Jazeera reports.
The party calls for blasphemers against Islam to be put to death and for those who kill alleged blasphemers to be celebrated. Its election posters often feature images of those who have killed for blasphemy – among them Mumtaz Qadri, who was put to death for murdering the Punjab governor Salmaan Taseer for the latter’s criticism of Pakistan’s notorious blasphemy laws and support for a Christian woman on death row, Asia Bibi.
According to Al-Jazeera, at least 74 people have been killed since 1990 following accusations of committing blasphemy. Many more have been arrested and tried.
Pakistan has the most stringent blasphemy laws in the world, and they have been used disproportionately against religious minorities – Pakistani Christians make up only 1.5 per cent of the total population, but over a quarter (187) of the 702 blasphemy cases registered between 1990 and 2014 were against Christians.
The head of the TLP, Khadim Hussain Rizvi, is a scholar who blocked a major highway into the capital, Islamabad, with thousands of his supporters in November, protesting against a change to an electoral oath that Rizvi claimed amounted to blasphemy. The federal minister resigned over the protests….

Pakistan: Persecution of Christians increases in first six months of 2018

 BY

Christians live an increasingly precarious existence in Pakistan, but the global human rights organizations are generally too preoccupied with finding incidents of “Islamophobia” to take much notice.
“Persecution of Pakistani Christians Heightens in First Six Months of 2018,” Persecution.org, July 11, 2018:
Washington D.C. (International Christian Concern) – The first six months of 2018 have marked the beginning of another frightening and difficult year for Christians in Pakistan. As we review the last six months of Christian persecution in Pakistan, you will see that the nation is yet to experience any positive change regarding religious freedom for Christians.
Since the formation of the country, Pakistan has regarded its religious minorities as second-class citizens. Upon reading Pakistan’s constitution, one can see evidence of this. Religious minorities are legally barred from high government offices and all laws are required to be compatible with Islamic teachings. The interpretation of the constitution has only served to reinforce the marginalization of Christians and other religious minorities.
Pakistan’s notorious blasphemy laws continue to damage Pakistan’s Christian community as seven Christians were booked under these laws between January and June 2018. Six of these blasphemy accusations were reported from Faisalabad and one from Lahore.
These blasphemy allegations created country-wide tensions and threatened the entire Christian community. On February 24, Sajid Masih, one of the victims of these blasphemy accusations, sustained major injuries when he jumped from the fourth floor of the Federal Investigation Agency building in Lahore where he and his cousin, Patras Masih, also accused of blasphemy, were being tortured. Prior to jumping, Sajid had reportedly been severely tortured and ordered by investigating officers to have sex with his male cousin.
When news of the blasphemy charges against Sajid and Patras was made public, a Muslim group blocked the main roads in Lahore, demanding that the Christian youths be hanged publicly. These protests spurred many members of Lahore’s Christian community to flee their homes under threat of being set on fire by the fundamentalists.
The first six months of 2018 have also seen kidnappings, rape, forced conversions, and discrimination. Among these victims was a 25-year-old Christian girl named Asma Yaqoob. On April 17, Asma was set on fire in the Sialkot District when a Muslim man threw acid on her body. According to reports, Asma refused to marry him and resisted when he attempted to forcibly marry her and convert her to Islam. She sustained burns over 80% of her body and died after fighting for her life for six days in a Lahore hospital.
“Murders, kidnappings, forced conversions, forced marriages, attacks, discrimination, and church destruction are all issues that Pakistan’s authorities must address if Christians are to remain a part of the country’s national fabric.”…

Christian places of worship were also targeted on several occasions over the past six months. A church run by the Gospel of Jesus Mission was set ablaze in Shahdara Town in Lahore on April 15, 2018. The alter, pulpit, dozens of Christian books, carpets, pedestal fans, plastic chairs, tables, wooden crosses, tarpaulin, and worship instruments were desecrated and reduced to ashes….
