Since outside the Church there is no salvation, the marriage to a Protestant is not a Sacrament and the Catholic spouse is living in adultery. So in Germany the Catholic spouse of a Protestant too, should not be given the Eucharist at Mass.They are living in scandal and adultery.

SYLLABUS OF ERRORS IS NOT DEAD IN GERMANY
The Syllabus of Errors is not dead in Germany.We now know what creates a rupture with the Syllabus of Errors when reading Vatican Council II and so can avoid it.When there is no rupture with the Syllabus in  Vatican Council II or the Catechism of the Catholic Church(1994),this would be bad news for the German bishops who give the Eucharist at Mass to Protestants.It would mean Protestants are out of the Church and are oriented to Hell, the marriage is not a Sacrament and the couple are living in adultery.

FOR PROPAGANDA FIDE AND THE CDF THE SYLLABUS OF ERRORS WAS OBSOLETE

Cardinal Malcolm Ranjit told me over 10 years back at his Propaganda Fide office, near Piazza Spagna that the Church no more teaches the Syllabus of Errors. It had been done away with for him. It was dead.

Similarly the 150th anniversary of the Syllabus of Errors in 2014 was not celebrated by Pope Benedict and the Vatican. Since for Pope Benedict too, Vatican Council II is 'a development' of the Syllabus, just as it is 'a development' of extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) for him.

But now we know that Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) does not contradict the Syllabus of Errors on ecumenism and other religions. 

It is only with Vatican Council II (Cushingite), that there is a rupture with the Syllabus of Errors and the dogma EENS becomes obsolete.

So when the Syllabus of Errors is not contradicted by Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) how can there be a new ecumenism ? How can there be known salvation outside the Church, a new evangelisation etc? It is only  based upon there being known people saved outside the Church that Vatican Council II can be interpreted with the hermeneutic of discontinuity with EENS.

CARDINAL RANJIT'S OFFICE DOES NOT ANSWER

So a few years back via e-mail when I brought this to the attention of the Staff of Cardinal Ranjit they refused to answer.They said that the cardinal was travelling. After some time I again e-mailed them in Sri Lanka and there was no reply from the priest who assists Cardinal Ranjit.
Cardinal Ranjit was not going to proclaim Vatican Council II in harmony with EENS.
ONLY UPON THE FALSE PREMISE THE NEW ECUMENISM WAS CREATED

By now some of the liberal bishops in Germany would be learning that Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) is in harmony with the Syllabus of Errors and there can only be an ecumenism of return.Theologically there is no opening for the New Ecumenism, since the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) do not refer any more, to visible and known people saved outside the Church.It was only upon the false premise (visible for us BOD,BOB, I.I etc )that the New Ecumenism was created.

They wrongly asssumed that there was known salvation outside the Church and then wrongly inferred that other Christians do not need to convert. In other words theoretical possibilities were actual examples of the Anonymous Christian saved outside the Church.

So sometime back in an interview, Archbishop Augustine Di Noia said that the Anonymous Christian theory is rejected.This was false. Since in the interview with Edwin Pentin for the National Catholic Register, Di Noia said that  EENS was obsolete today since he knew of an Anglican, outside the Church who would be saved. This is was his example of an Anonymous Christian.He was saying that he could judge like Jesus,on the Day of Judgement,  and would know of a non Catholic who would be saved outside the Church. He was also saying that this person would be an exception to the dogma EENS and this was something he already knew.Of course this is irrational and this is the reasoning used by the liberal German bishops at inter faith marriages.
But with Vatican Council II interpreted without the false premise, EENS ( interpreted without the false premise) is not changed. The old Feeneyite ecclesiology on exclusive salvation is not changed.So  we are back to the Syllabus of Errors.

It means that the Protestant who marries a Catholic is out of the Church according to the Old Ecumenism which isn ot contradicted by Vatican Council II (F).

Similarly since outside the Church there is no salvation, the marriage to a Protestant is not a Sacrament.The Catholic spouse is living in adultery. So in Germany the Catholic spouse of a Protestant too, should not be given the Eucharist at Mass.There would be the sin of scandal and adultery.-Lionel Andrades
