The Society of St.Pius X(SSPX) must not seek canonical recognition until the present two popes decide to interpret Vatican Council II, the Catechisms,extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and the Nicene Creed  without the irrational premise.

They must choose to interpret the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) without the false premise  and inference, so that there is no rupture with Tradition( Syllabus of Errors, EENS etc).

For political reasons and for the support of the Masons, the Vatican will not be ready to interpret Church-documents without the false premise.

But the SSPX must not be part of the deception, only, so that they can receive canonical recognition.

Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre wanted Rome(the Vatican) to come back to the Faith ( with rationality and Tradition).Rome can do this  by interpreting Vatican Council II with Feeneyism instead of Cushingism; without the false premise instead of the heretical use of the irrational reasoning, without the Ladaria Error instead of assuming Lumen Gentium 8 refers to known non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church in 2018.

For an agreement they must ask that all Catholic religious communities and lay people and Catholic political parties,  replace Cushingism( New Theology based on invisible non Catholics being physically visible) with the traditional Feeneyite theology ( outside the Church there is no known salvation in the present times).This would include the Franciscans of the Immaculate, the FSSP... They must ask the Bishop Conferences to do the same.-Lionel Andrades
