German theologian Marianne Schlosser a professor of theology at the University of Vienna and recipient of the 2018 Ratzinger Prize, interprets Vatican Council II with the false premise instead of the rational premise and so she is allowed to teach theology in Vienna.
She interprets Vatican Council II with the false premise ( invisible cases of LG 8,LG 14,LG 16 etc are visible in 2020) and so there is a false inference ( outside the Church there is known salvation) so her non traditional conclusion is ( outside the Church there is known salvation). So her New Theology is outside the Church there is salvation.
If she interpreted Vatican Council with the rational premise( physically invisible cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3 etc are invisible) and there is the rational inference (invisible cases of LG 16 etc are not visible examples of salvation outside the Church) and so her traditional conclusion is outside the Church there is no known salvation, she would not be allowed to teach theology.Neither would she be eligible for the Ratzinger Foundation award. Since she would be back to the old exclusivist theology of the centuries, which both the present popes reject.-Lionel Andrades
