When I say that my Parish Priest says outside the
Church there is no salvation I am referring to his acceptance of Vatican
Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church and his rational
interpretation of Lumen Gentium 14 and Lumen Gentium 16 etc, when I spoke to
him a few months back and which he has not rejected even today. I am not saying
that he told me that he affirms the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).He
did not.
Any Parish Priest who interprets Vatican Council II as
referring to physically invisible cases in LG 8, 14, 15 16 etc, in 1965-2024 is
automatically saying the Catholic Church teaches that there is no salvation
outside the Church.
So, I repeat, I am not saying that the Parish Priest,
Fr. Paolo Boumis, affirms the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation (Fourth
Lateran Council 1215 etc) and the Athanasius Creed because he told me so but because
he accepts Vatican Council II and interprets LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3 etc,
rationally i.e. LG 8 etc are always invisible for us human beings.
There is no denial from the Parish Priest even today.
He still affirms the traditional
teaching on outside the Church there is no salvation based upon Vatican Council
II ( AG 7, LG 14) and the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( 846,846), both of
which can only be interpreted rationally.
So the reports on this blog are based upon his
interpreting LG 8,14,15,16 etc rationally, when I spoke to him and when I
e-mailed him copies of these blog posts over the last six months. He was kept
informed and there was no denial from him. LG 8, 14, 15, 16 etc, refer to
invisible in cases in 2023-2024 for him and numerous other people. This is
common knowledge. This is common sense. I have cited an Archbishop and many
priests who agree with me. LG 16 refers to an invisible case in 2024.
So the Parish Priest must no more teach that Vatican
Council II is a break with the dogma EENS and the Athanasius Creed. Instead he
must say that the Council has a continuity with St. Ignatius of Loyola, St.
Francis Xavier and St. Robert Bellarmine and the rest of Tradition.
Even if this issue must come before a judge in Italy, the judge would have to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and so support
me. There is no announcement from the Vatican saying that Vatican Council II
and the Catechism of the Catholic Church have been scrapped and Catholics no
more have to follow them.
