Most if not all the judges in New England, USA use a false premise to interpret Vatican Council II. Otherwise they would be affirming Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). The false premise has to be eliminated. The Archbishop of Boston could make the correction. The rational interpretation of Vatican Council II must be made official.
The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,Vatican could also announce that Vatican Council II and EENS will be interpreted without the false premise. We can affirm the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance, but only as hypothetical cases. So there are no objective exceptions to 16th century EENS.
The 55 year old interpretation of Vatican Council II with the false premise has to be made obsolete and the new ratonal interpretat ion made official. -Lionel Andrades
