Questions and Answers : So is Vatican Council II Magisterial ?
Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre was correct
when he rejected Vatican Council II ( irrational ). Vatican Council II
interpreted with the mistake of the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston is not Magisterial.
However when LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3,
NA 2, GS 22 etc are interpreted rationally, the Council is in harmony with the
Magisterium over the centuries. There is a continuity with Tradition. Vatican
Council II is then Magisterial.
So even though Rahner, Ratzinger and
Lefebvre and the popes, made a mistake, we can interpret the same Vatican
Council II, rationally and it becomes Magisterial. In this sense Vatican Council II
is Magisterial.
So Vatican Council II ( rational) is Magisterial. Vatican Council II ( irrational ) is not Magisterial. - Lionel Andrades

Lepanto Foundation,Correspondenza Romano, Radici Cristiane,RadioRomalibera of Roberto dei Mattei do not rationally interpret Vatican Council II, the Creeds and Catechisms, EENS, BOD, BOB and I.I and the Catechism of Pope Pius X : an irrational premise, inference and conclusion is used.
A. If he is outside the Church through no fault of his, that is, if he is in good faith, and if he has received Baptism, or at least has the implicit desire of Baptism; and if, moreover, he sincerely seeks the truth and does God's will as best he can such a man is indeed separated from the body of the Church, but is united to the soul of the Church and consequently is on the way of salvation

Rome Life Forum 2020 speakers use an irrational premise, inference and conclusion to interpret Vatican Council II, BOD, BOB and I.I as a rupture with the Catechism of Pope Pius X : this is contrary to Tradition
