Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano must ask Pope Francis to accept Vatican Council II

 

Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano must inform the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, that he would like to accept Pope Francis as the pope, but for him to do this, the pope must accept Vatican Council II. Morally, the Council, can only be interpreted rationally.
