The St.Benedict Center, Still River , MA, USA is in full communion with the Church since they interpret Vatican Council II with the false premise. All religious communities throughout the world are expected to do the same.
Similarly Msgr. Todd Lajiness, the Rector at the Sacred Heart Major seminary , Detroit, USA interprets Vatican Council Ii with the false premise to create a rupture with Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and all the professors of theology there are expected to do the same, to keep their teaching job.
Latin Mass Societies, Una Voce International, Lepanto Foundation are doing the same. They are recognised as Catholic institutions by the CDF and the Left.
Bishop Kevin Rhoades, Chairman of the USCCB, Doctrinal Committee, 1 also uses the false premise to interpret Vatican Council II.So he creates a rupture with the traditional teaching on the Church having exclusive salvation.
The USCCB some time back had issued a Notification 2 on Fr. Peter C. Phan. The Notification did not ask him to believe that every one needed to be a member of the Catholic Church for salvation.
Why was he not asked ?
Since the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO) used a false premise to interpret BOD, BOB and I.I to create a false break with traditional EENS, in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case. This is accepted by the USCCB. The popes and cardinals and bishops have compromised.
Brother Thomas Augustine MICM, Superior Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Benedict Center, Still River, MA,in the Diocese of Worcester, has also compromised and Bishop Robert McManus, has approved a full communion status for the SBC in the diocese.

Things are so bad on doctrine and theology in the Catholic Church that the new Chairman of the Unites States Catholic Conference of Bishops(USCCB) cannot deny what I have written.
Things are so bad on doctrine and theology in the Catholic Church that the new Chairman of the Unites States Catholic Conference of Bishops(USCCB) cannot deny what I have written.1
He will not affirm extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.
He agrees with me?!
1.Practically there are no known people saved outside the Catholic Church with the baptism of desire(bod), baptism of blood(BOB) and in invincible ignorance(I.I). The Holy Office 1949 made a mistake in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case.
2.Common sense tells us that BOD, BOB and I.I are not physically visible cases and neither did the popes and saints over the centuries claim that they are.
3.In general people will agree that BOD,BOB and I.I refer to hypothetical cases only.
There is no denial also from Bishop Kevin Rhoades, the new Chairman of the USCCB Doctrinal Committee regarding the error he made in the interpretation of Vatican Council II.
In his radio program this month he mentions 'elements of sanctification and truth'(Lumen Gentium 8) as if it is an example of known salvation outside the Church and so an exception to the dogma EENS.This is irrational. It violates the Principle of Non Contradiction. How can we see people saved on earth ? How can they be in two places at the same time?
How can his new theology say outside the Church there is salvation.Where is this salvation?

How can his new theology say outside the Church there is salvation.Where is this salvation?
1.Practically there are no known people saved outside the Church with 'elements of sanctification and truth'.So the Council Fathers at Vatican Council II picked up the error in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.
2.The text of Lumen Gentium 8 does not state that there are physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Church. So a wrong inference is made by Bishop Rhoades.
3.Common sense tells us it is a reference to a hypothetical case. It is speculation with good will.
So it was wrong for Bishop Kevin Rhoades to interpret Vatican Council II (LG 8 etc) as a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.
There is no denial from the USCCB or Bishop Rhoades. No one wants to correct me.
So they know that I am correct and they do not want to say anything.-Lionel Andrades

Lumen Gentium 8 and BOD,BOB and I.I are hypothetical and theoretical and are not exceptions to the dogma EENS. Yet for Bishop Keven Rhoades they are exceptions. This is a big mistake of the USCCB Doctrinal Committee Chairman
Bishop Kevin Rhoades, the new Chairman of the USCCB Doctrinal Committee makes an error in the interpretation of Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
In his recent radio program he cites Lumen Gentium 8, 'elements of sanctification and truth', as if it is an example of known salvation outside the Church and so an exception to the dogma EENS.
This is irrational.
1.Practically there are no known people saved outside the Church with 'elements of sanctification and truth'.
2.The text of Lumen Gentium 8 does not state that there are physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Church.
3.Common sense tells us it is a reference to a hypothetical case. It is speculation with good will, something hoped for.
MISTAKE ON EENS TOO
Similarly he will not affirm EENS as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.
He made a mistake again.
1.Practically there are no known people saved outside the Catholic Church with the baptism of desire(bod), baptism of blood(BOB) and in invincible ignorance(I.I). We cannot see or meet any one saved as such in 2018 or over the last 100 years. The Holy Office 1949 made a mistake in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case.
2.Common sense tells us that BOD, BOB and I.I are not physically visible cases and neither do the popes and saints claim they are.The Catechism of Pope Pius X mentions being saved in invincible ignorance and does not state that it refers to someone known. Similtaneously this Catechism says all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation and it does not mention any exceptions.
3.In general people will say that BOD,BOB and I.I refer to hypothetical cases.
So Lumen Gentium 8 and BOD,BOB and I.I are hypothetical and theoretical and are not exceptions to the dogma EENS.

Neither is Nostra Aetate an exception to o salvation outside the Church.
We can respect non Catholics, we can treat them with dignity we can even serve them in love as Jesus wants us to do so but in charity we must tell them the truth i.e Nostra Aetate no where contradicts the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).
Literally we cannot know of any exception to EENS. The text of Nostra Aetate does not state that there are practically known exceptions to EENS.
Nostra Aetate 2 refers to a hyopthetical case when it refers to ' a ray of that Truth which enlightens'. This is an abstract reference.
A theoretical possibility, a hope of someone being saved outside the Church is not an actual and known case. So it cannot be an objective example of salvation outside the Church.
It is the same with Lumen Gentium and Ad Gentes, they do not contradict the dogma EENS as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium in the 16th century.
