CANON LAWYER IN INDIANA NEEDS TO BE ASKED : IS BISHOP KEVIN RHOADES JURIDICALLY A CATHOLIC ?
Evidence of the Fort Wayne Bend bishops denial of the Catholic Faith is on a website.
Canon Lawyer Fr. Mark Gurtner (Judicial Vicar of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend in Indiana) said, it was reported on the internet, that the jurisdiction of the case against Real Catholic TV.com lies in the Indiana diocese whose bishop is Kevin Rhoades.
Bishop Kevin Rhoades when he was the bishop of Harrisburg, Pennsylavia had also asked apologist Robert Sungenis to remove the name 'Catholic' from this website Catholic Apologetics International (CAI).The issue was the Jewish Left.
Bishop Kevin Rhoades also approved a website Robert Sungenis and the Jews and provided statements to Michael Forrest which are still there on this anti-Sungenis website.
I had asked three questions of Bishop Rhoades and also written to other priests hoping they would answer them and so diffuse the tension at that time. The three questions were posted on the website Robert Sungenis and the Jews but were not answered. There was no answer also from ishop Kevin Rhoades. Robert Sungenis called Bishop Rhoades and Catholics United for the Faith, Steubenville, heretics.
According to Canon Law a bishop is a juridical person and has to be a Catholic. He is obliged to affirm the teachings of the Catholic Church. If Bishop Rohades does not affirm the faith when asked it is a denial.
1. Bishop Kevin Rhoades is denying an ex cathedra dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (Outside the Church No Salvation). http://catholicism.org/category/outside-the-church-there-is-no-salvation
2. He is refusing to say that Judaism and other religions are not paths to salvation.
3. He is refusing to say that Jews need to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation (to avoid Hell).
4. The Bishop in Indiana is assuming that those saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are defacto known to us in the present times, since he considers them exceptions to the dogma and other magisterial teachings.
5. Bishop Kevin Rhoades is assuming that there is some magisterial text which claims that those saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are defacto exceptions to the dogma outside the church there is no salvation.
This is all contrary to Vatican Council II (LG 14, AG 7), Dominus Iesus 20, extra ecclesiam nulla salus as explained by popes and Church Councils in the ordinary and extraordinary mode etc.
Bishop Kevin Rhoades offers Holy Mass when it is a mortal sin to reject an ex cathedra dogma. He denies Church teachings on other religions and yet calls himself a ‘Catholic’.
He uses his office to tell those who are faithful to the very teachings he rejects, not to use the word Catholic i.e apologists Robert Sungenis and Michael Voris.
The denial of the faith is there in the four points he mentions to Michael Forrest on the website Robert Sungenis and the Jews. http://sungenisandthejews.blogspot.com/2008/02/bishop-rhoades-sets-record-straight_21.html
The Canon Lawyer from Indiana who has said that the jurisdiction over the Real Catholic.TV.com lies in the diocese of Fort-Wayne South Bend where Marc Brammar the owner of Real Catholic TV.com lives, could also let us know if Bishop Kevin Rhoades has the right to juridically call himself a Catholic and to offer Holy Mass.

Bishop Kevin Rhoades uses the false premise to interpret Vatican Council II: UCCB Notification on Fr. Peter C.Phan limited
The St.Benedict Center, Still River , MA, USA is in full communion with the Church since they interpret Vatican Council II with the false premise. All religious communities throughout the world are expected to do the same.
Similarly Msgr. Todd Lajiness, the Rector at the Sacred Heart Major seminary , Detroit, USA interprets Vatican Council Ii with the false premise to create a rupture with Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and all the professors of theology there are expected to do the same, to keep their teaching job.
Latin Mass Societies, Una Voce International, Lepanto Foundation are doing the same. They are recognised as Catholic institutions by the CDF and the Left.
Bishop Kevin Rhoades, Chairman of the USCCB, Doctrinal Committee, 1 also uses the false premise to interpret Vatican Council II.So he creates a rupture with the traditional teaching on the Church having exclusive salvation.
The USCCB some time back had issued a Notification 2 on Fr. Peter C. Phan. The Notification did not ask him to believe that every one needed to be a member of the Catholic Church for salvation.
Why was he not asked ?
Since the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO) used a false premise to interpret BOD, BOB and I.I to create a false break with traditional EENS, in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case. This is accepted by the USCCB. The popes and cardinals and bishops have compromised.
Brother Thomas Augustine MICM, Superior Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Benedict Center, Still River, MA,in the Diocese of Worcester, has also compromised and Bishop Robert McManus, has approved a full communion status for the SBC in the diocese.

Things are so bad on doctrine and theology in the Catholic Church that the new Chairman of the Unites States Catholic Conference of Bishops(USCCB) cannot deny what I have written.1
He will not affirm extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.
He agrees with me?!
1.Practically there are no known people saved outside the Catholic Church with the baptism of desire(bod), baptism of blood(BOB) and in invincible ignorance(I.I). The Holy Office 1949 made a mistake in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case.2.Common sense tells us that BOD, BOB and I.I are not physically visible cases and neither did the popes and saints over the centuries claim that they are.3.In general people will agree that BOD,BOB and I.I refer to hypothetical cases only.
There is no denial also from Bishop Kevin Rhoades, the new Chairman of the USCCB Doctrinal Committee regarding the error he made in the interpretation of Vatican Council II.
In his radio program this month he mentions 'elements of sanctification and truth'(Lumen Gentium 8) as if it is an example of known salvation outside the Church and so an exception to the dogma EENS.This is irrational. It violates the Principle of Non Contradiction. How can we see people saved on earth ? How can they be in two places at the same time?
How can his new theology say outside the Church there is salvation.Where is this salvation?

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops(USCCB) and Joe Biden, a Democrat Catholic Presidential candidate for the USA elections next year interprets Vatican Council II deceptively and heretically and this is being overlooked by the Chairman of the USCCB Doctrinal Committe Bishop Kevin Rhoades.1
LG 8, LG 14 and LG 16) being hypothetical cases do not contradict the old ecclesiology. There is no known salvation outside the Church. So there is no theological and philosophical foundation for the New Theology of the USCCB.
There is nothing in Lumen Gentium to contradict the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church. So there is no philosophical and theological foundation in Vatican Council II for the New Ecclesiology of the USCCB.
Unitatis Redintigratio does not name any particular person saved outside the Church as a Protestant or other Christian in his religion. It does not state that we can know of a Christian saved outside the Church without Catholic faith. So the Decree on Ecumenism(UR) does not anywhere contradict the past ecumenism of return. The USCCB is in error here too.
Similarly Ad Gentes 7 says all need faith and baptism for salvation and we know there can be no practical exceptions known to us humans in 2019. So Vatican Council II is not a rupture with Mission and Salvation as it was known to the Magisterium and missionaries in the 16th century.
Ludwig Ottt assumes unknown cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood (BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) were known exceptions to the traditional interpetation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. The same mistake was made by Fr. Francois Laisney.Other writers made this mistake and also interpreted Vatican Council II irrationally. The same error is being made today by the Cardinals and bishops at the Amazon Synod and the USCCB.

In his recent radio program he cites Lumen Gentium 8, 'elements of sanctification and truth', as if it is an example of known salvation outside the Church and so an exception to the dogma EENS.
This is irrational.
Similarly he will not affirm EENS as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.
He made a mistake again.
1.Practically there are no known people saved outside the Catholic Church with the baptism of desire(bod), baptism of blood(BOB) and in invincible ignorance(I.I). We cannot see or meet any one saved as such in 2018 or over the last 100 years. The Holy Office 1949 made a mistake in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case.
2.Common sense tells us that BOD, BOB and I.I are not physically visible cases and neither do the popes and saints claim they are.The Catechism of Pope Pius X mentions being saved in invincible ignorance and does not state that it refers to someone known. Similtaneously this Catechism says all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation and it does not mention any exceptions.
3.In general people will say that BOD,BOB and I.I refer to hypothetical cases.
So Lumen Gentium 8 and BOD,BOB and I.I are hypothetical and theoretical and are not exceptions to the dogma EENS.
Yet for Bishop Keven Rhoades they are exceptions. This is a big mistake.
