Charges of schism against Vigano : Pope Francis and Cardinal Fernandez are really on the defensive. Only the rational interpretation of Vatican Council II is ethical and so permissible and they aren ot using it

If the same charges against Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano were brought against
me, the answers would be simple. Since I have orthodoxy and Vatican Council II,
rational, on my side. It is Pope Francis and Cardinal Fernandez who are today
on the defensive. They cannot any more use the Vatican Council II ( irrational
) card.
Here are the questions for me.
Do you accept Pope Francis as the
legitimate pope ?
Lionel: Yes. But he is in public mortal
sin since he interprets Vatican Council II, the Creeds and all the Catechisms
with a fake premise and inference and from here gets his false liberalism. This
is not a permanent state. He can end the scandal with a simply announcement and
go for Confession.

I mentioned in a previous blog post yesterday that everyone agrees with me. There are no practical exceptions for the dogma EENS in our human reality and there are none mentioned in Vatican Council II.
For Fernandez, Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, there is no theological basis for the Synod's liberalism, found in the Council-text.
The Dicastery has to interpret the Council only rationally and the conclusion is traditional and orthodox. The old view of looking at Vatican Council II has ended. The Council has another image. It supports the past ecclesiocentrism, the ecclesiology of the old Roman Missal.
This may not be politically correct for Fernandez and the liberal-left journalists. But they do not have a choice. They cannot continue to pretend that invisible cases of LG 8, 14, 15, 16 etc are visible in our human reality and are examples of known salvation outside the Church in 1965-2024.
Pope Pius XII made an error in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston when he assumed that invisible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are visible exceptions for Feeneyite EENS.This mistake was repeated in 1965 by Pope Paul VI. He confused invisible cases as being visible exceptions for Tradition and concluded that the dogma EENS was obsolete.

So it means their concept of Vatican Council II has changed. The Council has continuity with Tradition. Ad Gentes 7 says all need faith and baptism for salvation and LG 8, 14, 1, 5, 1, 6, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, are not exceptions. The Catechism of the Catholic Church 845,846 says outside the Church there is no salvation. There are no exceptions in Vatican Council II for CCC 845, 845.
This Magisterial and rational interpretation was reluctantly accepted by Cardinal Sean O’Malley and Cardinal Blaise Cupich at a meeting in Chicago some time back. It was organized by Michael Sean Winters and the key speaker was Massimo Faggioli, who could not offer any solution.
The L.A interpretation of Vatican Council II was an issue. Some of the questions on some of the minds could be. ‘How can the liberals now be in schism according to Vatican Council?’
These cardinals now helplessly imply that extra ecclesiam nulla salus today is the same as it was for the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century. The Church has returned to the old ecclesiology of the Roman Missal and there is no other choice when LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, refer to only speculative and theoretical cases, which exist only in our mind.
So they imply that other religions are not paths to salvation (CDF, Dupuis, 2001) and their members need faith and baptism (AG 7, LG 14) for salvation from the fires of Hell. In Heaven there are only Catholics (CCC 845-845) and being saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are not practical exceptions (CCC 847-848) .The Catechisms do not contradict themselves any more.
The cardinals and the Vatican Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith have not denied that LG 8,14,15,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, refer to physically invisible cases in 1965-2024.We have a unanimous agreement on this point. Church and State (Ministries of Education etc) are in accord on this point too.
Cardinal Fernandez, the Prefect of the DDF, is saying that according to Vatican Council II, the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms, Judaism and Islamism are not paths to salvation (Catechism of Pope Pius X etc). There are no exceptions, I repeat mentioned in Vatican Council II. Since invisible people are not objective examples of salvation in the present times. We cannot meet or see someone saved outside the Church.
So Islamism is not a path to salvation according to Cardinal Fernandez, though we would want to maintain good relations, as the Gospel teaches. This is the official teaching of the Church before and after Vatican Council II. It is the same for Hinduism, Buddhism and the Christian denominations. There are have good and holy things ( NA 2) in other relgions and there could be people in other Christian denominations who are in imperfect communion with the Church ( UR 3) and so theoretically, God has not restricted them from salvation. However these are hypothetical cases always for u. Salvation in these religions could only be known to God. A non Catholic on earth who is in Heaven would be a Catholic there.
God would send a preacher to even baptize the man in the forest who is to be saved (St. Thomas Aquinas.In potential, salvation is open for all, but in reality, practically, all need to enter the Catholic Church for salvation, the Church is necessary for salvation ( Dominus Iesus, Pope John Paul II).

So there has to be an outreach to non Catholics asking, or telling them, to enter the Catholic Church to save their soul from the fires of Hell.
Vatican Council II tells us that the majority of non Catholics today are on the way to Hell without faith and baptism (AG 7, LG 14). They must know this. The Bible (John 3:5, Marl 16:16) and the popes over the century have had the same message. In Heaven there are only Catholics (AG 7, LG 14, CCC 845, 846, Athanasius Creed etc), who are there without mortal sin on their soul.
Since there is exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church why do the Jehovah Witnesses, I ask myself, knock on doors and have Bible stalls on the streets of Rome?
Where are the Catholic street evangelizers and Bible-sharers? Where are the street preachers?
Pope John Paul II said other religions have superstition, errors and deficiencies (Dominus Iesus).The orthodox Christians are not to be given the Eucharist at the Catholic Mass (Ecclesia di Eucarestia).
Mission means going to non Catholics and telling them about the Catholic Church and the need to accept Jesus in the Catholic Church for salvation from Hell. It is choosing to die for Jesus and His Mystical Body the Church as a martyr, like St. Sebastian, whose feast was celebrated the other day.
It means asking non Catholics to give up their religion and follow traditional Catholicism which has not been affected by Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally.
The missionary magazine Christ to the World (Christo al Mondo) has still been banned by the Rome Vicariate. The Franciscans of the Immaculate are not allowed to distribute it freely among Catholics. Fr. Stefano Manelli f.i., the founder of the Franciscans of the) Immaculate has said that Padre Pio has said that Martin Luther is in Hell and those Catholics who follow him will also go there.
The Rome Vicariate has joint mission projects with other Christian denominations which is political and heretical. It is schism with the past Magisterium over the centuries.
The Neo Catechumenal Way (NCW) today must return to Traditional Mission now that the way is open with Vatican Council II, interpreted rationally. This is a discovery in the Church.
The NCW in their catechesis must tell families going on mission that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation.
Presently the Rome Vicariate and the NYC Responsibles are unethical, when Christian denominations are not informed about this. It is dishonest to interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, as being physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church, which make the dogma EENS obsolete, and so there is the possibility of having a New Evangelization, New Ecumenism and New Theology which says outside the Church there is salvation.
The theologians at the Ecclesia Mater, Rome Vicariate and the Auxiliary Bishops of Rome would agree-that LG 8, 14, 15, 16 etc, refer to hypothetical cases, invisible people in 2024.But the joint ecumenical mission projects at the Basilica of St. John Lateran, are based upon LG 8,14,15,16 etc referring to known non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church, in particular cases. They are saved outside the Church and so the past ecclesiocentrism is made obsolete and other Christian religions are considered ways of salvation equal to the Catholic Church.This is now obsolete. We can go forward by interpreting Vatican Council II rationally. We return to Traditional Mission, not because I am saying so or that this is a personal belief, but because this is the teaching of Vatican Council II when it is interpreted rationally.

After de Laire sued the outlet for defamation, the author of the article was revealed to be Marc Balestrieri, a canon lawyer who was representing a client in a dispute where de Laire was representing the diocese of Manchester.

No one in New Hampshire is responding to questions. Why must the St. Benedict Center in New Hampshire, be considered sectarian and not Bishop Libasci, Fr. Georges de Laire and Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez ?
The mainstream Catholic Church has gone ‘sectarian’. They purposefully interpret Vatican Council II irrationally to produce an artificial rupture with the salvation doctrines and theology of the Church over the centuries. They now officially teach the error to little children at Communion and Confirmation classes. It is an ecclesiology of Jesus without the necessity of the Catholic Church for salvation. The past ecclesiocentrism is no more taught and Vatican Council II is not interpreted rationally and in harmony with the Magisterium of the Middle Ages. EWTN, National Catholic Register, National Catholic Reporter, Crisis Magazine are all interpreting Vatican Council II dishonestly and do not deny it. It is the same with Life Site News, Church Militant TV, Cardinals Sarah and Burke, Bishops Strickland and Schneider, the SSPX and the FSSP.
They are making a virtue out of a political necessity and are not even trying to deny it.

RELIGIOIUS VOCATIONS COERCION
Why must all religious vocations in all the Catholic dioceses interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, as being physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church- to be accepted as a priest or nun? This is an issue for the canonist.
A canonist needs to clarify with Fr. Georges de Laire, Judicial Vicar, Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, if LG 8,14,1,5,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, refer to invisible or physically visible cases in 2024?
Al these years since he issued his legal Decree against the St. Benedict Center, he has not been responding to questions.
He did not grant an interview to Michael Voris when Voris was in New Hampshire to interview Brother Andre Marie micm, the Prior of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Instead he gave an interview to the Catholic Herald, U.K in which he said he did not want to discuss theology. But theology was the reason for Decree being issued against the religious community in his diocese.
His spokespersons Damien and Simcha Fisher in New Hampshire, criticize the St.Benedict Center without acknowledging that Brother Andre Marie micm accepts Pope Francis as the pope and accepts Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, which he interprets rationally and so traditionally. It is Fr. Georges de Laire, Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester in New Hampshire and Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez and the Jewish Left, who are interpreting Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church irrationally, confusing what is invisible as being visible and then producing a sectarian break with Tradition. This is unethical.

All of the drama started in early January of 2019 when the Slaves were issued a letter of precepts by the Diocese of Manchester. As judicial vicar, de Laire had spent years dealing with problems surrounding the Feeneyite sect, and he is the official who issued the letter of precepts.

Further, the Catechism of the Catholic Church 845,846 says outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation and cites Lumen Gentium 14 which says the Catholic Church is necessary for salvation. There are no exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II for AG 7 and LG 14.
So the main-line Catholic Church with their irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, are the real sect, who have broken away from the centuries old Magisterium of the Catholic Church. They do this by using a false premise (LG 16 refers to invisible cases in 2026) and false inference ( they are visible examples of salvation outside the Church and so practical exceptions for Feeneyite EENS).
It is the popes since Paul VI who have interpreted Vatican Council II dishonestly. They have been irrational. This is not denied by the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, Bishop Peter Libasci and Fr. Georges de Laire and neither Simcha and Damien Fisher.
Michael Voris had gone to New Hampshire to defend the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Fr. Georges de Laire in New Hamsphire had declined being interviewed by Church Militant TV. Even today there is no media clarification from the Judicial Vicar or Damien and Simcha Fischer on the contents of this blog post.
