At the pontifical Institute of Liturgy, St. Anselm, Rome students have to learn how to interpret Vatican Council II with the False Premise only, so there is a false break with extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) and so they do not have to be taught how to proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics. Since Vatican Council II for the faculty is a break and not continuity with Tradition.
Instead with the False Premise in the interpretation of Vatican Council II alleged practical exceptions are created for the Syllabus of Errors of Pope PiusIX.
We know that with the Rational Premise there would be no exceptions in the text of the Council for the Syllabus of Errors, the Athanasius Creed and 16th century EENS of the missionaries.
The teaching at St. Anselm is political and with the False Premise the faculty creates a calculated break with traditional ecclesiocentrism.So the students are not shown how to proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King at Holy Mass.
The Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics cannot be proclaimed at the Liturgical Institute since Vatican Council II is interpreted with the False Premise. The False Premise is obligatory to project false exceptions for the traditional theology on their being exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church.
