The basic insight is that LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in
Vatican Council II refer to hypothetical cases only. They are not objective
examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church in 2024 and so practical
exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
Once you understand this fundamental and obvious truth it becomes
simple.
