Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano could ask the Nuncio in the USA to announce that LG 8,14,15,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II refer to invisible people, invisible cases in 1965-2024.Also that we cannot meet or see someone saved with the baptism of desire or in invincible ignorance. This is being concrete and dealing with the facts.

Ask the Nuncio to admit :-hat

1.The 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston made a mistake when it projected invisible cases of the baptism of desire as being visible exceptions for Feeneyite-traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).

2. Pope Paul VI and Cardinal Alfredo Ottaviani made a mistake when they interpreted Vatican Council II as a break with the dogma EENS and the rest of Tradition. In other words LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, refer to physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church. So they were seen as exceptions for EENS. But we know that invisible people cannot be exceptions for EENS.

3. Archbishop Augustine di Noia, Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, approved a Decree of Prohibitions against the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center in New Hampshire, USA. He wanted them, according to an official letter still posted on the website of the Diocese of Manchester in NH, to interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church 847-848 irrationally. He wanted Brother Andre Marie micm, the Prior to accept irrationally and dishonestly, that invisible cases of being saved in invincible ignorance ( CCC 847-848) were visible exceptions for the dogma EENS and the Catechism of the Catholic Church 845,846 ( Outside the Church No Salvation).
