If Pope Francis interprets Vatican Council II rationally and accepts the traditional conclusion he becomes a traditionalist overnight.So why should Archbishop Vigano then remain in sedevacantism ? The Council and the pope would be orthodox like him.

It is the German, American and English bishops who will find themselves outside the Catholic Church. If they persist they will choose schism.

It will be a schism from the Left.
