Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano must appeal to the secular judiciary and the Vatican Signatura against the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith (DDF), Vatican. He must say that according to the blog Eucharist and Mission , Vatican Council II can be interpreted rationally and in harmony with Catholic Tradition, but the DDF is not doing this. Instead they are coercing him to interpret Vatican Council II, irrationally and accept the non traditional, heretical and schismatic conclusion. In this way he has to reject Catholic Tradition – or be expelled. This is unethical.

The DDF must be asked to interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, morally. The DDF must be rational and not irrational.

The DDF is now judging him in absentia as they did with Fr. Leonard Feeney, the Jesuit priest in Boston. He was correct when he said there were no baptism of desire cases, no literal cases of the baptism of desire. He was summoned to Rome and did not go since he was not saying anything new. He was excommunicated.After some 19 years the excommunication was lifted. He was allowed to recite the Athanasius Creed which says outsid the Catholic Church there is no salvation. The excommunication was maintained throughout the proceedings at Vatican Council II as the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the old ecclesiology was rejected.

Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre was correct when he rejected Vatican Council II (irrational).But he was still excommunicated.Now they are expected to do the same for Archbishop Vigano.

Cardinal Fernandez will not interpret Vatican Council II rationally and so affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) .

Instead he will accuse Archbishop Vigano of not accepting Vatican Council II, irrational, which has alleged practical exceptions for EENS.

The Signatura and secular judiciary must ask Cardinal Fernandez to announce that LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, refer to hypothetical cases only. They are invisible people in 2024.This is common knowledge. It is something obvious. We must assume( and confirm) that this is also part of the reality of Cardinal Fernandez.

This announcement will be contested by the political Left- by the cardinals in New York and Washington D.C., but eventually they will have to accept it.The people, Catholics, will learn that there is another interpretation of Vatican Council II and it is rational, traditional and honest. - Lionel Andrades
