Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano and the SSPX bishops and priests can do nothing about this since they themselves interpret Vatican Council II irrationally like Kennedy and the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican. They are approved by the political Left.

Archbishop-elect John Joseph Kennedy does not accept the Athanasius Creed, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) and the Syllabus of Errors (with no exceptions). There has to be exceptions for him. Otherwise he is Feeneyite. But there are no objective exceptions, for these Magisterial-texts, mentioned in Vatican Council II. LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, and GS 22 etc are always only hypothetical. They refer to invisible people in 2024. So they do not contradict the past ecclesiocentrism of the Church. He can no more cite the Council to defend his heresy and political correctness.

Even Bishop Strickland and his Curia interpret Vatican Council II and the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms in this irrational, dishonest, heretical and schismatic way. - Lionel Andrades

According to Canon Law he is expected to follow the teachings of the Church to hold his office.

He cannot take the Oath of Office for a bishop while interpreting Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church irrationally and not rationally. – Lionel Andrades
