According to Canon Law how can Don Wasim Salman be the President of a pontifical institute ?

 

Rev.Don Wasim Salman is the new president of the Pontifical Institute for Arabic and Islamic Studies. He is a Cushingite on Vatican Council II when the Council, morally, can only be interpreted with Feeneyism.So his dialogue would be false.

Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church indicate that Mohammad died without ‘faith and baptism’ (AG 7) and so is lost. Outside the Church there is no salvation (CCC 845, 846, 1257). LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc refer to hypothetical cases in 2024. So they are not exceptions for Ad Gentes 7 and the Catechism of the Catholic Church which indicate that in Heaven there are only Catholics.

Don Salman from Syria, like the previous president of PISAI, follows the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II.So he would interpret LG 8, 14, 16 etc as exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Athanasius Creed. So he would say that not everyone needs to enter the Catholic Church for salvation. In other words, LG 8 etc are physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church in 2024. He would know of a non Catholic in Heaven without ‘faith and baptism’. This is irrational. This mistake comes from the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston. It confused invisible cases of the baptism of desire as being visible exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.This is the New Theology, Cushingite theology which PISAI has been following all these years.

But the White Fathers, the missionaries, associated with PISAI, were Feeneyites, when they were founded before Vatican Council II. They evangelized in Africa, with traditional Feeneyism. There was no liberalism in the Catholic Church at that time. Since they, at that time, interpreted the baptism of desire etc, rationally.

Today PISAI is Cushingite. It conducts tours. It takes visitors to mosques in Rome without telling them that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation and that this is the Magisterial teaching today, according to Magisterial Documents interpreted rationally.

How can the new President of PISAI meet the conditions of Canon Law, which demand that he follow all the teachings of the Catholic Church? With Cushingism, he changes the interpretation of the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms. This is not the Catholic Church of the White Fathers or the missionaries in the 16th century. Only with Feeneyism, as a philosophy and theology, is there a continuity with the Apostles and the Church Fathers.So religious communities must continue with dialogue and ecumenism, as part of traditional mission, choosing to interpret all Magisterial Documents with only Feeneyism. The Catholic Church returns immediately to the old theology and traditional ecclesiology.

Today I spoke to a student of the Gregorian Pontifical University, Rome studying Missiology : There was a discovery for him. He learnt that LG 8, 14, 15,16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc always refer to hypothetical cases only in 2024. This was a new version of Vatican Council II

 

Today morning I was talking to a student of the Pontifical University Gregorian, Rome, studying Missiology. I showed him ‘my badge’ which I pin on my coat lapel.As I expected, he said that Vatican Council II does not say outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation but the Bible does say this.

So he asked me to explain AG 7 which I cited. I said it says all need faith and baptism for salvation. He had no objection. I then said that Lumen Gentium 14 says the Church is necessary for salvation. LG 14 is cited in the Catechism of the Catholic Church 846. It is titled Outside the Church No Salvation. He had no objective here too.

He asked what about Lumen Gentium 8, 16 etc? I said that now there was a discovery in the Church on Vatican Council II and I pointed to a giant size photo of Our Lady of Guadalupe behind him. There was something new.

Lumen Gentium 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, etc, I said, for me, refer to hypothetical cases in 1965-2024.If someone was saved outside the Church it would only be known to God. It is the same for LG 8, 16, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc.They always refer to only physically invisible cases. They cannot be seen in our human reality. If someone was saved as such, he would be in Heaven. This is the common experience. It is something obvious. It is common knowledge. It is common sense.

He said he was in a hurry.At the leftist Jesuit University in Rome, they would consider this conclusion of Vatican Council II; in this rational way, as fundamentalist. It would be rigidism, Anti Semitism etc. Students may not be allowed to  study if they do not interpret Vatican Council II dishonestly. They cannot get a theology degree and cannot be priests.

The faculty and students at the Gregorian University and the other universities and seminaries in Rome, are only allowed to interpret Lumen Gentium 16 etc, as being a physically visible example of salvation, outside the Church.So it emerges as a practical exception for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors and the old Catechisms which say outside the Church there is no salvation. But with Lumen Gentium 16 referring to explicit cases, objective people in 2024, the old exclusivist ecclesiology of the Roman Missal is made obsolete. So Pope Francis issued Traditionis Custode.Vatican Council II is a break with Tradition and so liberalism could be permitted in the Church. So Pope Francis issued Amoris Laetitia which allows the divorced and re-married to receive the Eucharist at Mass.

But this is dishonesty. Since the Council should only be interpreted rationally i.e. invisible cases of LG 16 must not be projected as being explicit and known people in the present times ( 1965-2024).

It is schism with the past Magisterium when the Nicene Creed is understood as, ' I believe in not one, but three or more baptisms for the forgiveness of sins and they exclude the baptism of water. They are physically visible cases of the baptism of desire, being saved in invincible ignorance, the baptism of blood without the baptism of water, imperfect communion with the Church without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church etc.

The Apostles Creed is changed to ‘we believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church which now teaches that there is known salvation outside the Church and in the past the Holy Spirit taught over the centuries, that there is no known salvation outside the Church.' So Church Documents (Creeds, Councils etc) have to be interpreted irrationally to support this new theology and the general liberalism which follows.

This student, Raphael from Argentina, realized he was saying the same thing as me i.e. Lumen Gentium 16 is always invisible. He agreed with me. It would be the same for his teachers at the Gregorian University. The Dean of Theology there and the head of the Missiology Department, would have to interpret Vatican Council II only rationally and so reach the same conclusion as me.

In an interview Dr. Taylor Marshall he has said that there are no literal cases of the baptism of desire. Marshall agreed with him. He confirmed that there are no explicit cases of Aquinas implicit baptism of desire.

But Bishop Schneider continues to interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II as explicit cases, known people saved outside the Catholic Church in 1965-2024. Marshall does the same. This is the irrational interpretation of Pope Francis and Cardinal Fernandez. They  confuse invisible cases of LG 14 (baptism of desire) as being visible exceptions for 16th century extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). They are all, Archbishop Carlo Vigano, included, confusing invisible cases as being visible people, in the present times. Then they conclude that the Council is a break with Tradition. Vigano rejects this interpretation and Fernandez and the liberals accept it. Both groups are in the same theological ship which does not have a rudder.

I too reject Vatican Council II (irrational) as does Vigano but I accept Vatican Council II (rational). The Council can only be interpreted honestly. We must not confuse LG 8 etc as being visible exceptions for Tradition (Athanasius Creed, Syllabus of Errors. etc).

Fernandez is interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally like President Biden, the U.S State Department and the U.S Secretary of Education.There is no denial from the Rector of the Pontifical North American University, Rome and the American Rector of the Dominican University of St. Thomas Aquinas, Rome. President Biden and the U. S Administration are unethical.

There is now no denial also from the Paulist Fathers in Rome. Cardinal Fernandez and Pope Francis interpret the Council irrationally and  thrust this dishonest version of the Council upon Archbishop Vigano, with the threats of excommunication and schism.It is Pope Francis and Cardinal Fernandez who really have made an objective error in public, which can be verified by anyone. - Lionel Andrades

Bishop Athanasius Schneider is not honest when he says that Archbishop Vigano should not be excommunicated and does not speak the complete truth. Instead he should point out that it is Cardinal Victor Fernandez and Pope Francis who interpret Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally and so are in schism.He has issued a statement posted on Gloria TV.

 It is Pope Francis who needs to interpret Vatican Council II rationally; this is the only option he has. 

It is those who do not accept Vatican Council II, rational, who are in schism and should be excommunicated, if they do not choose the rational and ethical option.

Bishop Schneider is sadly looking after his own status and does not want to affirm Vatican Council II rational and so affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, like the St. Benedict Centers, traditionalists in the diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire and Worcester, Mass, USA. He does not want to be called a Feeneyite. So he is interpreting the Council dishonestly like the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican.

Similarly Mons. Giles Wach Prior General of the Institute of Christ the King, offers the Latin Mass while interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally. So the Council is a break with Tradition and the ecclesiology of the Roman Missal. He does not announce that the New Missal is flawed since it is based upon Vatican Council II, irrational.

Why must they all expect Archbishop Vigano  to interpret LG 8,14,15,16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, irrationally like Pope Francis and Bishop Schneider . Why should Catholics interpret the Council II, irrationally. With the rational interpretation there is no more liberalism in the Church.

If Tom Sawyer s.j editor of the magazine America and John Henry Westen,editor of Life Site News interpret Vatican Council II, rationally, they would be affirming the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the old theology, whether they like it or not.

Then the liberalism of Cardinal Fernandez will be obsolete. He will be in heresy and schism and will not be able to justify his liberalism with Vatican Council II, rational.

Cardinal Mauro Gambetti ofm conv., agrees that hypothetical cases of LG 8,14,15,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II do not contradict Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).The 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston relative to Fr. Leonard Feeney made an objective mistake. It confused invisible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance as being visible exceptions for EENS. So EENS according to the Fourth Lateran Council (1215)  was made obsolete.

  • “The most Holy Roman Church firmly believes, professes and preaches that none of those existing outside the Catholic Church, not only pagans, but also Jews and heretics and schismatics, can have a share in life eternal; but that they will go into the eternal fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels, unless before death they are joined with Her; and that so important is the unity of this ecclesiastical body that only those remaining within this unity can profit by the sacraments of the Church unto salvation, and they alone can receive an eternal recompense for their fasts, their almsgivings, their other works of Christian piety and the duties of a Christian soldier. The Dominicans and Franciscans  held the strict interpretation of EENS which today is not contradicted by Vatican Council II (rational/Feeneyite) and the Catechism of the Catholic Church (rational/Feeneyite). So are back to traditional faith and morals. 

NEW MORAL THEOLOGY OBSOLETE

The new mortal theology and new concept of mission and evangelization is based upon Vatican Council II (irrational/Cushingite). There is no denial from the Vicar General of the offices of the Auxiliary bishops. Neither has there been any denial over the year from Fr. Paulo Boumis, the Parish Priest of Sant Agapito, Prenistina, Rome.

Definition : fake premise, inference and conclusion and the rational premise, inference and conclusion.

 

The common fake premise is – invisible people are physically visible in 2024.

The common fake inference is – there are physically visible non Catholics in 2024 saved outside the Catholic Church without Catholic faith and the baptism of water.

So the conclusion; the expected false conclusion is that Vatican Council II is a rupture with the past ecclesiocentrism of the Church. This is a New Theology in the Church. It says outside the Church there is known salvation.

All this reasoning I call Cushingism. This process of bad reasoning is common among the Cushingite popes, cardinals and bishops.

The rational premise is – invisible people are invisible in 2024. Lumen Gentium 16 etc refer to hypothetical cases only.

The rational inference is – there are no physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church in 2024 without Catholic faith and the baptism of water.

The traditional and rational conclusion is that Vatican Council II is not a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church. There are no objective exceptions for the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus of the Council of Florence (1441), the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( 24Q,27Q ) and the rest of Tradition.We are back to the old theology of the Roman Missal.

I call this reasoning Feeneyism.

Feeneyism and Cushingism, for me, refer to a way of thinking and not the two well known persons, Cardinal Richard Cushing and Fr. Leonard Feeney. 

I interpret the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance with Feeneyism. Cardinal Richard Cushing and the popes from Pius XII interpreted them with Cushingism.

I interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism invisible cases of Lumen Gentium 16 etc are invisible in 2024). Pope Paul VI and the popes who followed used Cushingism ( invisible cases of Lumen Gentium 14 are physically visible in 1965-2024).

In the 1920s and 1930's the Catholic Church was Feeneyite. Today it is Cushingite.

Cardinal Mauro Gambetti, O.F.M. Conv., Archpriest of St. Peter’s Basilica, Vicar General of His Holiness for Vatican City and President of the Fabric of Saint Peter’s, was born on 27 October 1965 in Castel San Pietro Terme, Bologna.  After graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bologna, he entered the Order of Friars Minor Conventual.  After a year of novitiate, he professed his temporary vows on 29 August 1995, and his perpetual vows on 20 September 1998.  Receiving his bachelor’s degree in theology from the Theological Institute of Assisi, Perugia, he subsequently earned a licentiate in theological anthropology from the Theological Faculty of Central Italy in Florence.

He was ordained a priest on 8 January in Longiano, Forlì-Cesena, where in the Convent of the Santissimo Crocifisso he headed the office of youth ministry and vocational pastoral care for the region of Emilia-Romagna and, from 2005 to 2009, also that of Guardian of the Franciscan community.

In spring 2009 his confreres in the Bologna province of Saint Anthony of Padua, with jurisdiction over the convents of the Friars Minor Conventual of Emilia-Romagna, elected him their Provincial Minister, an office he held until 22 February 2013.  At that time, he was called to assume the role of Custos General of the General Custody of the Sacred Convent of Saint Francis in Assisi for the four-year period 2013-2017.  At the same time, the Bishop of Assisi-Nocera Umbra-Gualdo Tadino appointed him as Episcopal Vicar for the pastoral care of the Papal Basilica of Saint Francis and the other places of worship entrusted to the Friars Minor Conventual of the same Diocese.

He was elected President of the Intermediterranean Federation of Provincial Ministers of the Friars Minor Conventual in September 2017.

In 2017 he was reconfirmed as Custos General of the Sacred Convent of Saint Francis of Assisi for the four-year term 2017-2021, a role he held until 31 October 2020.

He received episcopal consecrated on 22 November 2020 in the Basilica of St Francis in Assisi, becoming titular Archbishop of Thisiduo on 30 October 2020.

On 20 February 2021 Holy Father named him Archpriest of St. Peter’s Basilica, Vicar General of His Holiness for Vatican City State and President of the Fabric of Saint Peter’s.

On 2 June 2023 the Holy Father has appointed the Cardinal Gambetti judge of the Vatican City State Supreme Court, with effect from 1 January 2024.

15.The Rite does not make a difference?

Once we are aware of the false premise,Pope Francis can create the Amazon Rite  and new rites, for the Mass.The  ecclesiology of the Church will not change.It will still be the same as the Traditional Latin Mass of the 16th century.

 "Outside the Church there is no salvation"  846 How are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church Fathers? Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body:  

Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door. Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.
847 This affirmation is not aimed at those who, through no fault of their own, do not know Christ and his Church: 
Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may achieve eternal salvation.

Vatican Council II does not contradict EENS as it was interpreted by the Jesuits in the Middle Ages.It does not contradict the strict interpretation of EENS of St. Thomas Aquinas( saved in invincible ignorance is invisible), St. Augustine and Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston.

The Letter of the Holy Office(Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith) 1949 made an objective mistake.

Am I opposing the Magisterium ? No. I am affirming Magisterial Documents right up to the Catechism of the Catholic Church. I interpret them rationally and so my conclusion is traditional. The Magisterium does not change.

The Magisterium does not change. The liberalism of the popes from Paul VI to Francis comes when the irrational interpretation of Magisterial Documents (Creeds, Catechisms etc), especially that of Vatican Council II.

The perennial Magisterium of the Catholic Church has not changed. All we have to do is interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16 etc, as being hypothetical cases. We then return to the apostolic ecclesiology of the Church. This was the understanding of the Church Fathers.

Whether they like it or not, the Vicar General and Auxiliary Bishops of Rome support me, when they interpret LG 8,14,15,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, rationally i.e LG 8 etc are  invisible cases in 2024. We cannot meet or see someone saved outside the Church in invincible ignorance (LG 16) etc. So our conclusion is the same. Since our premise is the same ( invisible people are invisible). The Rome Vicariate becomes traditional. They lose their familiar liberalism.

Cardinal Mauro Gambetti, O.F.M. Conv., Archpriest of St. Peter’s Basilica, Vicar General of His Holiness for Vatican City and President of the Fabric of Saint Peter’s, was born on 27 October 1965 in Castel San Pietro Terme, Bologna.  After graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bologna, he entered the Order of Friars Minor Conventual.  After a year of novitiate, he professed his temporary vows on 29 August 1995, and his perpetual vows on 20 September 1998.  Receiving his bachelor’s degree in theology from the Theological Institute of Assisi, Perugia, he subsequently earned a licentiate in theological anthropology from the Theological Faculty of Central Italy in Florence.

He was ordained a priest on 8 January in Longiano, Forlì-Cesena, where in the Convent of the Santissimo Crocifisso he headed the office of youth ministry and vocational pastoral care for the region of Emilia-Romagna and, from 2005 to 2009, also that of Guardian of the Franciscan community.

In spring 2009 his confreres in the Bologna province of Saint Anthony of Padua, with jurisdiction over the convents of the Friars Minor Conventual of Emilia-Romagna, elected him their Provincial Minister, an office he held until 22 February 2013.  At that time, he was called to assume the role of Custos General of the General Custody of the Sacred Convent of Saint Francis in Assisi for the four-year period 2013-2017.  At the same time, the Bishop of Assisi-Nocera Umbra-Gualdo Tadino appointed him as Episcopal Vicar for the pastoral care of the Papal Basilica of Saint Francis and the other places of worship entrusted to the Friars Minor Conventual of the same Diocese.

He was elected President of the Intermediterranean Federation of Provincial Ministers of the Friars Minor Conventual in September 2017.

In 2017 he was reconfirmed as Custos General of the Sacred Convent of Saint Francis of Assisi for the four-year term 2017-2021, a role he held until 31 October 2020.

He received episcopal consecrated on 22 November 2020 in the Basilica of St Francis in Assisi, becoming titular Archbishop of Thisiduo on 30 October 2020.

On 20 February 2021 Holy Father named him Archpriest of St. Peter’s Basilica, Vicar General of His Holiness for Vatican City State and President of the Fabric of Saint Peter’s.

On 2 June 2023 the Holy Father has appointed the Cardinal Gambetti judge of the Vatican City State Supreme Court, with effect from 1 January 2024.

Created and proclaimed Cardinal by Pope Francis in the consistory of 28 November 2020, of the Deaconry of Santissimo Nome di Maria al Foro Traiano.

Definition : fake premise, inference and conclusion and the rational premise, inference and conclusion.

 

The common fake premise is – invisible people are physically visible in 2024.

The common fake inference is – there are physically visible non Catholics in 2024 saved outside the Catholic Church without Catholic faith and the baptism of water.

So the conclusion; the expected false conclusion is that Vatican Council II is a rupture with the past ecclesiocentrism of the Church. This is a New Theology in the Church. It says outside the Church there is known salvation.

All this reasoning I call Cushingism. This process of bad reasoning is common among the Cushingite popes, cardinals and bishops.

The rational premise is – invisible people are invisible in 2024. Lumen Gentium 16 etc refer to hypothetical cases only.

The rational inference is – there are no physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church in 2024 without Catholic faith and the baptism of water.

The traditional and rational conclusion is that Vatican Council II is not a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church. There are no objective exceptions for the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus of the Council of Florence (1441), the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( 24Q,27Q ) and the rest of Tradition.We are back to the old theology of the Roman Missal.

I call this reasoning Feeneyism.

Feeneyism and Cushingism, for me, refer to a way of thinking and not the two well known persons, Cardinal Richard Cushing and Fr. Leonard Feeney. 

I interpret the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance with Feeneyism. Cardinal Richard Cushing and the popes from Pius XII interpreted them with Cushingism.

I interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism invisible cases of Lumen Gentium 16 etc are invisible in 2024). Pope Paul VI and the popes who followed used Cushingism ( invisible cases of Lumen Gentium 14 are physically visible in 1965-2024).

In the 1920s and 1930's the Catholic Church was Feeneyite. Today it is Cushingite.
