Lionel: This is because Archbishop Vigano does not know that Vatican
Council II can be interpreted rationally and so in harmony with Tradition. Then
it would be the DCF which is in heresy. They can no more cite Vatican Council II
irrational, to support the DCF liberalism, heresy and schism. This point is
missing in this petition.

The DDF
is headed by notorious pro-LGBT Argentinian Cardinal Victor “Tucho” Fernandez.
Among other things, Fernandez is the mastermind behind Fiducia
Supplicans, a Vatican document that endorses blessings for homosexual “couples".
Lionel: Fiducia Supplicans is justified with Vatican Council II,
interpreted irrationally. The petition does not mention that morally, the
Council can only be interpreted rationally and then it would support the
Tradition of Archbishop Vigano and not the liberalism of Cardinal Victor Manuel
Fernandez, the Prefect of the DCF.

He has also attacked the Church’s long-held teaching that same-sex attraction is “intrinsically disordered.” In 1995, Fernandez published an erotic book on kissing titled Heal me with your mouth.
The Dicastery’s announcement comes while disgraced Slovenian priest Marko Rupnik remains in good standing with the Vatican.
Rupnik was expelled from the Jesuits in 2023 and has been widely-accused of
sexually and spiritually abusing numerous persons, including nuns as well as
men.
He was
automatically excommunicated by the Vatican in 2020 after the DDF unanimously
ruled he was guilty of absolving one of his sexual accomplices.
He
subsequently had the penalty swiftly revoked – with much speculation over whether Pope Francis personally intervened to swiftly lift the excommunication.
Other
prominent Catholics who are still in “good standing” with the Vatican include
pro-abortion U.S. President Joe Biden, former Speaker of the House Nancy
Pelosi, and pro-LGBT Jesuit Fr. James Martin.
Lionel: They are considered liberals supported by Vatican Council II,
irrational.

Prominent
German Cardinal Reinhard Marx also remains in the Church. He celebrated a Mass for the “Munich Queer Community” in 2022 and has expressed support for ordaining homosexual men to the priesthood.
Lionel: With Vatican Council II interpreted rationally the Church returns
to traditional faith and morals. There cannot be a new moral theology to
justify Fiducial Supplicans and other goals of the LGBT.
________________
Also
noteworthy is Cardinal Jean-Claude Hollerich, Archbishop of Luxembourg
and a close confidant of Francis. Hollerich has previously called for a
“change” in Church teaching on homosexuality while expressing support for ordaining women and allowing married men to be priests.
Archbishop
Viganò previously expressed his view that to be “excommunicated” from the “conciliar church”
would be a great “honor,” referencing the fact that French Archbishop Marcel
Lefebvre (1905-1991), the founder of the Society of St. Pius X, met the same
fate in 1988.
Lionel: He is referring to Vatican Council II, irrational which creates the
new, liberal Conciliar Church. With Vatican Council II interpreted rationally,
the Conciliar Church is orthodox and exclusivist.
______________________________
He also
issued on June 28 a blistering response to the DDF’s charge of schism, arguing that
“[a] schismatic sect accuses me of schism: this should be enough to demonstrate
the subversion taking place.”
Lionel. He must show how Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally causes
schism and how the Council interpreted rationally avoids it.

Bishop
Athanasius Schneider said last week that were Pope Francis to excommunicate Archbishop
Viganò he would only “increase divisions” in the Church.
Lionel: Bishop Athanasius Schneider interprets Vatican Council II only
irrationally and so is politically correct with the Left and the Vatican. This
is creating division in the Church. It is unethical. Since the Council must
only be interpreted honestly.

“I think
the pope would be wise and prudent if he were to not excommunicate Archbishop
Viganò,” Schneider remarked.
“I think
that today the church has so much internal division that it would be imprudent,
even if there is some canonical ground to judge Archbishop Viganò,” he advised.
Lionel: Archbishop Vigano and Life Site News must cite texts from Vatican
Council II to show how it is the DCF which is causing division. The Council
interpreted rationally is really Archbishop Vigano's forte, it is his strong
point.-Lionel
