Blessing people in an irregular regular relationship (homosexual and heterosexual) is an error since the couple are living in mortal sin and are on the way to Hell.

He cannot justify concubinage , adultery, fornication etc in the name of Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally. We now know that we can interpret Vatican Council II rationally and the conclusion is traditional and conservative.

When the Council is interpreted rational the Church returns to the traditional moral theology.
