If we interpret LG 8,14,15,16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc as being hypothetical cases, then Pope Francis, and Cardinal Fernandez are in heresy and schism. Since they do not accept the Athanasius Creed etc which are then not contradiced by Vatican Council II, LG 8 etc being only htypothetical

Since they do not accept the Athanasius Creed, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Syllabus of Error, which are not contradicted by Vatican Council II, which has invisible and hypothetical cases of LG 8 etc.
