It is public. Archbishop-elect John Joseph Kennedy does not accept the
Athanasius Creed, the dogma extra
ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) and the Syllabus of Errors while there are no
objective exceptions, for these Magisterial-texts, mentioned in Vatican Council II.
According to Canon Law he is expected to follow the
teachings of the Church to hold his office.
He cannot take the Oath of Office for a bishop while
interpreting Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church
